Nice hotel but room was too small where breakfast was served
Pros:

The bedroom was lovely and comfortable

Cons:

The room where the breakfast was served it was way too small everyone was squashed. The table and chairs were to close together if you needed to get up the person on the table behind you had to move their seat

Perfect staff and perfect room
Pros:

The receptionist was so welcoming, bookinv was confirmed even when i arrived so late after my plane was delayed. Everything was warm and welcoming especially all reception at night and in the morning.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The highlight was definitely the amazing staff—they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, professional, and always willing to help. They made us feel genuinely valued and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The service was excellent from check-in to check-out, and the attention to detail really stood out. It’s rare to find such a warm and dedicated team.

It was a fine stay
Pros:

Good location, big beds. Breakfast was convenient

Cons:

Very thin walls, could hear people very easily. Family suite was very odd, connecting hallway with doors that wouldnt stay open and locked if closed. Tiny elevator.

We loved our attic bedroom. It felt very Parisian.

Cons:

Unfortunately the buffet breakfast ran out of food every day and guests had to ask the staff to provide more food to eat. This inclusion was very poor and needs to be greatly improved!
