Nice hotel but very disappointing re the noise outside.
Pros:

We liked the location, the decor of the room

Cons:

The noise late at night from the bar outside the hotel.
The staff were not very friendly when there was a problem with this. We decided to move hotel.

Truly memorable stay
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay in Tbilisi and this hotel truly made our experience even more special. The property itself was excellent, but what really stood out was the people.

A special thank you to Tamara and Nana at the reception for their kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. They were always welcoming, helpful, and ready to assist with anything we needed. We would also like to mention the gentleman porter, whose warm attitude and willingness to help made a great impression on us.

Their care and attention made our stay unforgettable and will always hold a special place in our hearts. We would definitely choose this hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tbilisi.

Hotel is nice, the bar next to it ruins everything
Pros:

Location, staff, and cleanness are great. Room size was also acceptable

Cons:

The only bad thing about this place is the noise coming from a nearby bar, the staff mentioned it to us while booking and said that the bar stops the music at 12 AM.

However, the music stopped at midnight only once during our 4 nights stay, although we called the reception multiple times. And worse than that, it’s 10x times worse than what you would expect when you read reviews with “ high noise”. It literally sounds like you are trying to sleep inside the bar.

The hotel was new and everything was clean. The room looked exactly like what's advertised. All amenities were provided and the mini bar had a variety of drinks. The staff were accommodating and helpful, especially the security gentleman.

Pros:

Perfect stay in the heart of Tbilisi! The location couldn’t be better—right in the center, making it easy to explore everything on foot. The hotel was spotless and very well maintained. A special thanks to the ladies at the reception, who were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality really made a difference.
