Clean and Friendly, But Long Overdue for a Real Renovation

That said, the property is showing its age in a way that's hard to overlook. The furnishings and finishes feel old and worn, and while it's clear some cosmetic updates have been made, it feels more like a surface-level touch-up than a true renovation. This hotel really needs a full, top-to-bottom remodel to match what guests expect at this price point. There's a good foundation here with the service and cleanliness — the bones are there — but the physical space needs serious investment to catch up.

If you must...
Pros:

The man at the front desk was nice. He tried to help me by giving me the King room instead of the 2 queens. Except he gave me the wrong room key that someone was in.

Cons:

Besides being given the wrong room key, the facility itself seemed rundown. It smelled and was dark. The room itself had only one "clean" towel and there was a pile of dirty towels on the sink. All the drawers were pulled open for some reason. When I tried to turn the TV on it wouldn't. The remotes batteries were dead. Also only one of the outlets worked which made using my cpap machine and charging my phone impossible.

Pros:

This is for INTERNAL review. The room was great, but it had no hair dryer, and the K-cup coffee pods were all decaf. When I reported this to the front desk the clerk was rather indifferent. However, the clerk upon my arrival was outstanding. Please take these comments in the positive manner in which they are presented.
