The female staff is friendly
Easy to get transport (e-hailing)

Cons:

I notice fingernail on the bed. I ask the staff to change the bedsheet due to dirty with stain all, the refused. But then when i said i found fingernail, the change it. I assume they didn’t change the bedsheet from previous visitor. So disgusting 🤮🤮

Toilet floor is also dirty. Some of room the toilet door cannot function.
The are mold on the wall

this is the worst hotel ever i ever booked! the room is dirty, aircond not service because have a very loud noise every night from aircond. don't have elevator. the roof have so many hole and because of that a rat come to my room middle of night & eat my food. window cannot close at level 2 i ask move to level 3 but still worst room. don't trust price that appear because once you booked & come to the hotel they will charge to 15% for nonsense thing. They did not give you even mineral water, soap & shampoo. level 3 is like a horror movie, in front my room there is leak when raining & floor is always wet. I don't what Management they do at hotel like hell. please don't booked this hotel & waste your money like me i cannot refund & cancel even checkout early they don't want help you to manage booking while they can. please don't trust picture they put. it scammer.

Pros:

One of light bulb off, wastafel broken, near the hotel there are many cafe, street food. Very convenient for dining.

Pros:

The place was dirty. A lot of junk in the window area. Bathroom sink was dirty. The adjustment for water temperature is very high, so not short people friendly. The bed was good.
