We will definitely continue to stay at this location.
Pros:

This was our 5th or 6th trip to Charleston staying at this location, which is excellent for walking and dining.

The breakfast selections was more limited than our last visit 2 years ago, but still good quality, supply, hours of availability, and staff friendliness.

Cons:

Our room did not have a microwave or refrigerator as we expected at time of booking the reservation. Desk staff explained it was because this had not been communicated by the third party we booked through and that we should not do so in the future, instead book only with the hotel directly to ensure we receive expected amenities like a refrigerator and microwave. This was the only time we have stayed where this as not correct, always booking with third parties previously. We were there this trip for 5 days so this was of some inconvenience since we expected to be able to use these applicances.

Great great location in historic Charleston
Pros:

Location was fantastic!

Cons:

We would told there would be a sack breakfast for us to take since we were checking out very very early. The overnight staff didn't know anything about that

Pros:

The location was excellent, close to everything.
The breakfast was fantastic.
The staff were very kind and helpful.
The room we received was huge and included two comfortable queen-size beds.
The only downside was a window facing an internal wall; the hotel staff tried to see if it was possible to change rooms, but the hotel was fully booked.

Great location and value.
Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent location - directly across from the.visitors'center, near the Charleston museum, the Charleston Music Hall, King Street and many restaurants. The all day coffee is a bonus. The bed was very comfortable and room clean. The staff is wonderful. All in all a good value.

Cons:

The facilities and rooms are in need of updating and maintenance. The coffee makers in the room aren't great. Bring in some Keurigs.

Pros:

Great hotel!
The staff was great, welcoming, helpful. We got an upgrade for free.
The room is big and very clean.
Very good breakfast.
Location is very good also.
Very recommended!

Cons:

I asked to order us a taxi to the airport, but they said they didn't have any and I should order an Uber.

Excellent stay
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the location was great.

Cons:

My only complaint was the parking. I have a full size SUV with luggage racks and I was unable to park in the parking garage.
