Location was great close to most everything in walking distance since we didn’t have a car. Breakfast was very good every morning. Amenities were well provided. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean.
Outdated could have used more lighting in key locations such as around mirrors in the room. Carpet is outdated and a little dirty.
Front desk staff very nice
Housekeeping left our door open all day and never replenished supplies
So close to the everything! Perfect location!
I didn’t know I had to pay for parking.
When we stayed at Indigo Inn in August of last year parking was free. Also the room was very clean but it had a smell of cleaning bleachy musty solution.
The locations was great
Very tired. Staff did not acknowledge a Gold Hilton Honours member, allocated worst room in hotel (view a brick wall). Breakfast chaos
Excellent location, very friendly stuff and delicious breakfast.
Location was great, staff was friendly, and the room was comfortable.
Our room didn’t have a refrigerator, and there were issues with the smoke alarm going off randomly. There was a small issue with the parking deck and they wanted to over charge us significantly, it was handled quickly.
The front desk staff(Crystal especially!)was very helpful!
Location was good.
The noise at night! Loud music and a loud metal dumpster being dragged and banged until after midnight and again at 7am!!! Very little sleep!
Lovely grounds & pool area.
Friendly helpful staff
Location
No blackout curtains. Poor hot breakfast options.
LOCATION, FRIENDLY STAFF
RESERVATIONS WERE DECEICTFUL, WE COULD BARELY AFFORD THIS TRIP AS IT WAS, )BUT MY MOTHER JUST PASSED & MY HUSBAND WANTED TO TAKE ME AWAY.) SO UPON CHECKING IN & BEING CHARGED $41 A DAY FOR 4 DAYS PARKING BEING ADDED TO OUR TOTAL WAS AS SHOCK!! WAS NEVER STATED AT BOOKING OR ON WEBSITE ANYWHERE, OR I WOULD HAVE LOOKED FOR SOMETHING MORE AFFORDABLE EVEN IF IT WAS OVER THE RIVER UPDATE .. MANAGER RMADE IT RIGHT & REFUNDED US THE PARKING WE DID NOT EXPECT
I say this as someone who has a home in a tropical climate: fabrics must must be replaced and thoroughly clean more than any other climate.
My room smelled like a wet dog which means mildew and mold. It was so gross and beyond Febreeze or Lysol on fabric.
If you have an allergies or sensitivity DO NOT stay here.
All the carpet should be replaced with laminate wood, all curtains replaced. All furniture recovered.
The downstairs has hardwood and it’s a lovely space. They have a pretty outside with lots of seating.
The breakfast was wonderful and the staff was kind.
But this location needs a major overhaul. This should have been $120 a night for the value.
Excellent location
It was across the street from the Tourist Center where you can catch the free buses around the area.
Everything was fine, but I do hate paying so much for parking.
Blueberry waffles
Room was very cold. Couldn't adjust the heat.
