Location was great.
The air conditioning--would have preferred it to set the fan to on. The parking fee was double what we coukd have paid for independantly.
Booked 2 king size bed rooms only to be checked in for 2 two-double bed rooms. The front desk person didn’t even let us know before hand. It’s It doesn’t look like there’s a price difference but still would’ve been nice to at least had been notified of the change. Our rooms were at the end of the 3rd floor and it was pretty noisy from the traffic outside but also some noise in the hallways and the cleaning closet next to us. The room was average, seemed clean. The bathroom needs a make over. The faucet was separated from the wall in the shower. For a one night stay of just passing through though it did its job.
Room was clean and comfortable. , breakfast was very good. very close to visitor center. Free bus stop across the street
Location
Expensive
nice continental breakfast and central to where we wanted to be. Staff was courteous and very helpful, would stay here again as it checked all of our boxes.
Location was good
Room smelled damp and of mould
The check-in was seamless. The room was clean and quiet. One could not ask for a better location to enjoy the Spoleto USA events.
We were approached at breakfast by Karen with HGV, who spoke to us about the possibility of a vacation opportunity. She was pleasant and well informed.
The location
Had to change rooms because of bugs in the bathroom.
Was ok.
Tiny room& no view. Definitely needs hotel update.
Really good coffee 24 hrs a day , visitor center across street with free bus service to virtually all city tourist sites , very nice and spacious lounge area inside , and outside .
Difficult to manage thermostat that didn’t seem to work right and clumpy pillows
We enjoyed our stay here. The room was comfortable but we found the bed a little too soft. The breakfast was very good and definitely on the level of other Hampton Inn hotels. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, particularly Kayla. Overall, a good stay and recommended
Old
Great location.
Let my mom have an early check in and helped her a bunch - as she was there a day before the rest of us.

Location
The location was convenient for walking to King St and the Visitors Center was across the street making catching the trolley tour and free bus so easy. The breakfast was nice every morning.
The furniture is old, the shower was dated. The room did not have a microwave and refrigerator. A refrigerator was provided when I requested it for storing medicine.
Stayed at this facility from 4/26 -4/28/26, This hotel was in a good location and the staff was very helpful and the not so good was the room that we were in was in need of a total make over, the bathroom was horrible there was a big scratch in the mirror giving the impression that there could be someone on the other side looking in and the rest of the bathroom needed to be gutted and redone. This is not what I expected when staying at a Hilton property. The other issue that I had with my stay was at the breakfast buffet on our last day, there were two homeless people at the breakfast bar helping themselves and then leaving through the side door, I found this very alarming that they could just walk in and help themselves without being approached by staff. When checking out I did not pay close attention to my bill until I got home and I realized that they had double billed me for the parking but after making more than six calls I finally got that straightened out.
