La ubicación y la conexión wifi era muy buena

Cons:

Las habitaciones son mucho peores en persona que en foto, pero bueno, la cama era cómoda y el aire acondicionado funciona bien.

El baño no tiene una ventilación así que si te duchas no se seca hasta después de mucho tiempo.

Bathroom smelt awful, there was quite a lot of noise from outside, beds were uncomfortable but the staff were friendly and helpful and they have a water machine to refill water bottles

Pros:

No tenían la habitación preparada…las toallas que nos dieron eran sospechosamente ya usadas, una la tenían colgada en recepción. Subimos a la habitación y las sábanas estaban sucias, olía a moho y el lavabo estaba destartalado. Nos fuimos y tuvimos que buscar otro hotel porque no queríamos dormir allí. Los señores de recepción eran amables pero el hotel no está en buenas condiciones.

I WAS OVERCHARGED.
Pros:

1. location was good
2. was comfortable
3. staff was good

Cons:

Earlier I booked room for 5 days for a total of MYR.318.67. Lateron I changed it to 3 days keeping same check-in date as before. Total price charged to me for 3 days was MYR.403.74

I am still trying to figure out how the price for 3 days (when check-in is not changed) could be more than price for 5 days?

The rack rates displayed at check-in counter fir same room were much less, meaning that had I not booked through booking.com, I would gave paid less.

unfortunately we didn’t have a great experience here. The rooms were extremely dirty and upon entering the room it smelled like smoke and urine. we could only stay in the bathroom while holding our breath it smelled that bad. The curtains were stained and items in the room like the phone were covered in a yellow must. We understand that this room is cheap, but we have actually stayed in cheaper accommodation elsewhere and cleaning standards were still upheld. we should have read the reviews before booking, as it seems a lot of people have similar experiences; the hotel seems to reply to these reviews saying they will take it on board but some of the reviews are months ago and from what we can see nothing has changed. i wouldn’t recommend staying here whatsoever, alternative and cheap accommodation is definitely out there without compromising on sanitation. we are not normally people to give reviews like this but the room was this bad that we feel we have no choice but to warn others. We were just lucky that we had only one night booked, we arrived late at night and left early in the morning thankfully.
