Pros:

Lots of character and spotlessly clean. Room was well equipped.Good lighting. Luxury coffee, tea, hot chocolate and biscuits+ fridge with water and fresh milk. Shower worked well. Nice toiletries. Chef Jason is superb. Supervisor(Kristina? from Moldova) was very welcoming and attentive at breakfast. Also, Kelsey in the restaurant. Wonderful dinner & breakfast. 10% discount for dinner if staying in the hotel.

Cons:

Car parking not guaranteed as it's available for everyone visiting the area, not just the hotel. This wasn't stated on websites when I was searching for a hotel. Fortunately, we found a space.
No lift & narrow twisty stairs to the 2nd floor, but we were offered help with luggage.

Beautiful, perfect and can't wait to go back!
Pros:

The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice and perfect poached eggs. The room was amazing with a slipper bath and deluge shower. Beautiful decor, spacious room and very comfortable bed and bedding. The hotel was in a great location with parking and yet central to the village.

Cons:

Could not fault it! It would be better if the food in the pub itself was more interesting as we ate elsewhere after looking at the menu, but that is just my taste and not a reflection on the food itself.

Enjoyed a weekend away in the Cotswolds.
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing. The location was great…just next to the main part of town but not in the thick of it. Bed was comfortable.

Lovely stay as always.
Pros:

Having visited the Old New Inn since I was 4 years old, I love how sympathetically the building has been renovated. The staff are all very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We were on the second floor and the stairs are quite steep. Would have preferred a room on the 1st floor! The pillows were a bit lumpy.

Spoilt by just one thing: complete lack of noise insulation. Such a shame.
Pros:

The Hotel has been generously and carefully restored. Breakfast was superb. My room was beautifully clean and amply furnished.

Both the lady hosting breakfast and the household department were superb.

Cons:

There is only one problem with the Hotel but it is a big one - it is a very old building - almost certainly Listed so this may be something they cannot do anything about but there appears to be no noise insulation at all. It means you can hear everything from other rooms from conversations to the sounds of the internal extractor fan system.

I was lucky that my fellow residents all went to bed early. If they had not, I would not have slept.

Lovely spot, would happily come back!
Pros:

Staff were lovely and I loved the open fires upon arrival and in the bar.
Room was as advertised - small, but no problem for 1 person. Spotless and comfortable.
