Modern ,quaint hotel
Pros:

Central location, situated on the main road, which gets very busy in peak times. Rooms are modern and super clean,lobby/corridors smell fresh. They serve delicious breakfast and dinner in their restaurant was fabulous. Model village is next door and comes free with your stay which was also a bonus. Worth the money you pay. Staff is attentive and helpful.

Fantastic location, very clean, couple of niggles.
Pros:

Location perfect and model village fun.
Bar was nice. Breakfast ok. Very clean. Mattress comfortable.

Cons:

Sash window rattled in the wind keeping us awake. Shower plug hole was blocked. No bath (just shower). Not much flexibility on time of breakfast. Had to pay for parking.

Great hotel
Pros:

Staff were very friendly, rooms were clean , breakfast was excellent. Not anymore I could say .

Cons:

If you’re taking a big case be prepared for the narrow staircases . Car parking next to hotel can be a problem during the day when Bourton is extra busy .

very enjoyable,and will stay again at some point....would recommend to friends and family

breakfast was excellent ,a very good selection,,,,,the hotels position was ideal.....staff helpful and polite ....overall a great stay

Cons:

as my partner has walking difficulties ,a ground floor would of been a better option,but sadly this would of been an additional charge,which is a bit annoying....

Charming and great place in the Cotswolds
Pros:

We spent a great time with my family there, super clean, confortable. Fabulous breakfast and a great place to have dinner too. Also the location is just perfect. Will come back for sure.

Cons:

No lift so not ideal for a old person or a buggy

Great pub
Pros:

Was in Bourton for the day. Stopped for a couple of beers. Great range. Friendly staff and lovely beer garden. Food looked lovely. Would recommend.

Carpark was 1/8mile away. Had to pay to park there, then pull my bags all the way there thru a muddy walk. Would have been nice to have a place to unload the bags then discuss further pkg options. Too cramped a space. Narrow & steep staircase with bags.

Overall very good...unless you want breakfast at a normal time.
Pros:

Breakfast started at 8.30...which is quite late...I had to leave at 7.45..they did make me up a sandwich and some other bits instead... the bread for the sandwich was stale.

Cons:

Breakfast time...very late start.
