Great experience!!!
Pros:

Great hotel and staff. I would like to recognize Rafa the waiter at the hotel restaurant Qubba. He went above and beyond to make our daily dinners.

Pros:

Breakfast was basic with little to offer for vegans and vegetarians

Cons:

Wider choice, better juices and keeping buffet well stocked.

Also hotel booked as it had a pool sadly this is only open 8 weeks per year - July through August, very disappointing

Hôtel sympathique proche du centre-ville
Pros:

Les chambres sont confortables et calmes. Le petit déjeuner copieux et diversifié.
La piscine extérieure semble être agréable ( nous n’y avons pas été). Plutôt proche du centre de cette superbe ville.

Cons:

L’hôtel semble un peu ancien et nécessiterait un coup de fraîcheur. Mais pas d’urgence non plus.

Tiene piscina pero solo está abierta en meses de verano a pesar de que uno ya se podría bañar. En el anuncio tienes que entender “seasonal” como que NO está abierta, no lo anuncian de manera clara

Das Zimmer

Cons:

Zunächst das Personal an der Rezeption. Das Zimmer wurde von mir gebucht und auch bezahlt. Die Zimmerkarte habe ich nicht bekommen, obwohl meine Gatte neben mir gestanden ist. Dieser hat sich um unser Auto gekümmert und wurde nicht auf seinen Personalausweis angesprochen.
Die Vorgesetzte musste kommen, damit ich eine Zimmerkarte bekomme,mir wurde unterstellt als Frau ohne Mann das Zimmer nicht bezahlen zu können. Unmöglich und dumm dieser Rezeptionist.
Das Haus ist Renovierungsbedürftig.
Der Pool war geschlossen.
Mit 4 Sternen hat dieses Haus nichts mehr zu tun.

Very comfortable and clean stay!
Pros:

The Hotel Saray did meet all our expectations. We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and it was a very comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The hotel personal is incredibly friendly, from the cleaning personal to the receptionists and the restaurant/breakfast/bar workers. It's also not that far away from the main attractions, it was only a 30 min walk away from the Alhambra and other highlights. I can only recommend this accommodation!

Cons:

The pool is only open from June onwards during the summer months. We even saw workers cleaning it, so it's a bit strange that they keep it clean and organized but don't let anyone in in other season other than summer.

Bel hôtel pour découvrir Grenade
Pros:

Etablissement agréable pour découvrir Grenade, de bon confort et chambre calme, facile d’accès et bien situé pour visiter le centre-ville et l’Alhambra avec parking payant en sous-sol

Cons:

- j’ai regretté de ne pouvoir accéder à la piscine (nettoyage effectué une mâtinée entière pourtant)
- la salle du petit déjeuner est trop lumineuse et le petit déjeuner typiquement espagnol pourrait être agrémenté de produit frais (fruits de saison, confitures, fromage blanc, graines…)
