Cons:

Nuestra habitación daba directamente a la cocina de la vecina de enfrente.
Nuestra habitación tenía una gotera en la puerta con todo el suelo lleno de agua, cubos y toallas, sin embargo no tuvieron ninguna deferencia por la incomodidad.

Pros:

absolutamente nada, pasé demasiada calor en la noche no dormimos nada!

Cons:

1. no había aire, a pesar de que brindan aire acondicionado como uno de sus amenidades
2. el servicio al cliente brindado por la chica de recepción fue pésimo. Habla en otro idioma a otro huésped, pensando que no iba a entenderle
3. el desayuno no era tan variado
4. no se nos brindó solución a los problemas que tuvimos durante la estancia

Excellent hotel very close to all attractions with outstanding customer service
Pros:

Breakfast was the finest quality of food and presentation out of the four hotels we stayed at during our trip. The staff was very accommodating. The breakfast room itself was an impressive brick ceiling with arches which felt very medieval for sure!

Cons:

Not one complaint!

Pros:

La limpieza del Hotel y la excelente ubicación, dentro del casco histórico y al lado del Alcázar de Toledo.
También valoro mucho los desayunos con zumo de naranja natural y exprimida en el momento, como es el caso.

LAS CAMAS, LAS ALMOHADAS, SUPER INCOMODAS, SE NOTABAN QUE HACIA TIEMPO QUE NO LO CAMBIANBAN, LAS PAREDES DE GOTELÉ, NO HABÍA ESPEJO DE AUMENTO, ESTUVO ROTO EL GEL DESDE MI LLEGADA HASTA QUE ME FUI. ( 4 Noches). NO HABÍA ZAPATILLAS EN LA HABITACION.
SALVO EL PRIMER RECEPCIONISTA QUE NOS ATENDIÓ, A NUESTRA LLEGADA, NO RECUERDO SU NOMBRE, EL RESTO NO SE MOVIAN DE SU SILLA EN RECEPCION, POCO VOCACIONAL AL SERVICIO. LA ACTITUD FUE BASTANTE INDEFERENTE PARA LOS CLIENTES. EN EL CHECK OUT, " YA ESTA TODO" SOLO FUE LA RESPUESTA DEL RECEPCIONISTA. SIENDO UN SERCOTEL DE 4 ESTRELLAS DEBERÍA DE TENER UN STANDARD O UN PROTOCOLO PARA QUE SEA TODO O IGUAL O PARECIDO.

La ubicació.

Cons:

Les obres i el seu soroll. L'habitació donava a un celobert, sense vistes, amb soroll de coloms que anidaven aprop i el soroll dels operaris de l'obra. No varem poder accedir a l'esmorçar perquè portavem mascota, quant el juliol del 2025 varem estar alotjats al mateix hotel i estava permés entrar amb mascota, si be ens ubicaven a un recor del local per no molestar als altres comensals.

Precioso hotel con buena ubicación
Pros:

Ubicación fantástica, limpieza y personal de recepción de lujo, en especial el chico de gafas. Especialmente funciona muy bien la facilidad que proporcionan para alojarte con tu mascota.
Ya nos alojamos en otras ocasiones y siempre muy bien.

Cons:

Por poner una pega el tema del aparcamiento, aunque disponen justo al lado uno con el que te hacen un buen descuento y en caso de estar lleno hay otro más.
En esta ocasión que sólo estuvimos un día el chico de recepción nos solucionó rápidamente un error que hubo con el tema de alojarse la mascota, por lo que estamos muy agradecidos y sin duda volveremos.
