Nos alojaron en una habitación la cual toda la zona estaba en obras, había andamios justo en la terraza, el personal empezó a trabajar a las 8 de la mañana despertándonos

La habitación y los servicios estaban muy bien. Está al lado del Alcázar, muy bien ubicado y cerca de la plaza de Zocodover.
El desayuno es impresionante y muy variado y el personal es muy amable, resolviendo todas las dudas que teníamos.

Cons:

La terraza necesita un toldo o una sombrilla y alguna silla para aprovecharla.

Çalışanların ciddiyetsiz ve küstah tavırları kesinlikle disiplin ve kontrol sorunu var otel yönetiminde buna bağlı olarakda otel bir yıldız kalitesinde hizmet veriyor.Berbat bir karşılama ve musluğu bozuk sıcak su sorunu olan bir oda ,sabah yedide pencerede iskelede çalışan ve uykudan deprem etkisi ile uyandıran çalışanlar.(Odaya giriş yaptığımda bu tadilatı görünce odamın değişmesini istedim ancak sabah saat ondan sonra çalışma başlayacak denilince inandım !) Kahvaltıda yetersiz kahve makinesi e önünde oluşan kuyruklar , temizlenmesi gereken saatlerce bekleyen masalar.Banyoda birisi ayakkabı ile yürümüş hatta havlu da izleri vardı ve temizleme gereği bile görülmemiş sonunda odada kalan bir müşteri ne önemi var değil mi?!
Kapanmayan yada çok güçlü bir vuruş ile kapanan eski kapılar.İspanya da zeytin domates olmayan bir kahvaltı !
Uyuduğunuz da dönerken çıkan sesden uyandıran ve sabah yer değiştirmiş olan gece yürüyen yataklar.!
