Hotel bom, confortável e simpático, em localização privilegiada.
Pros:

A localização é a melhor possível, bem próxima à praça principal e perto da maioria dos pontos de interesse.
Se você pegar esse hotel, não perca o café da manhã, é realmente muito bom. Além de boa variedade de frutas, sucos, iogurte, pães e doces, oferece diversas opções de pratos quentes e diversos tipos de frios.
O quarto que peguei era pequeno, mas tinha tudo o que era necessário para um bom descanso.
O chuveiro é bom e há oferta de amenidades de banho e higiene.
O funcionário Marco é muito prestativo e se coloca disponível para ajudar no que for necessário em sua estadia.

Cons:

Sugiro melhorar os travesseiros.
Talvez também orientar uma das funcionárias da recepção sobre a importância de se mostrar disponível a dar pequenas informações a respeito das atrações e monumentos da cidade, ao invés de sugerir que o hóspede procure o centro de informações turísticas. Esse direcionamento deve ser feito em caso de necessidade de informações mais aprofundadas.

UNBEATABLE LOCATION

Old world charm in the best location in Toledo

Cons:

The a/c was faulty at first but repaired only 2 of the 3 speed settings worked ie medium and high and no1 for night comfort operation was still faulty

Un 4 estrellas ¿ENANAS?
Pros:

No nos gusto nada del hotel. Solo se salva el desayuno.

Cons:

Todo. Habitación en un rincón del hotel. Vistas de tejados y palomas. A las 7:30 obras en la fachada no necesitamos despertador. No hay bar ni restaurante que funcione. El comedor donde se desayuna mejor no mirar rincones llenos de polvo del cemento de las paredes que se caen por la humedad.

Todo excelente.La ubicación ya la conocíamos pues estuvimos hace unos años en familia y nos gustó mucho. El desayuno fenomenal y las vistas no tanto , ya que nos tocó una habitación interior, pero para el caso daba igual. Fuimos a Toledo a disfrutar de las maravillosas vistas y no a estar en el hotel.

El colchón un poco incómodo.

Que están de obras en la fachada y no han avisado. A las 8 de la mañana estaban montando y desmontando andamios. Un horror. Parecía que teníamos los albañiles dentro de la habitación. Por si fuera poco las ventanas estaban justo delante de unas oficinas y la que no tenía andamios tenía la gente trabajando en la ofi, Por lo tanto no hemos podido correr las cortinas Y si te gusta ver la TV antes de dormir, pues nada, todo interferencias, no se ve.
