La ubicación del hotel. Las instalaciones eran muy bonitas a excepción de la habitación que no lo fue.
La habitación estaba por debajo de recepción y daba a un patio interior, lo cual no era negativo en principio, pero cuando vi el patio me quedé muy decepcionada. Estaba en obras y, sobre todo, lleno de suciedad y abandono, con lo que abrir las ventanas imposible. Al ser la planta más baja del patio, no entraba prácticamente luz y la habitación solo tenía luz en el cabezal y una lámpara en una mesa, lo cual daba una sensación de oscuridad todo el día. La ubicación de la TV era pegada al techo y de lado a la cama, con lo cual no se veía prácticamente. El aire acondicionado hacia mucho ruido y programandolo a 20° no sé notaba en exceso (veníamos de otro hotel donde poniéndolo a 25 en una habitación más grande te helabas). Lo peor llegó a las 7:15 de la mañana. Era un viaje para descansar pero los obreros comenzaron a trabajar a esa hora en el patio en el que estábamos, con martillazos y una radial. Cuando lo comenté en recepción me dijeron que estaban en una habitación que daba al exterior, le insistimos en que no, que estaban en el patio de nuestra habitación (grabé un vídeo con el sonido) y me dijo que se habrían cambiado de sitio, que no lo sabían porque si no me habrían puesto en otra habitación (no me valió de excusa porque ese patio no está para poner a ningún huésped cerca, lleno de agua estancada, cacas de paloma de no limpiar, bolsas de escombros, etc. Total, una decepción total, que un 4 estrellas cuide tan poco cosas así.

النقطة التي تحتاج إلى تحسين هي الغرف، حيث أصبح الأثاث وبعض التجهيزات بحاجة إلى التحديث والتجديد حتى يصبح الفندق أكثر راحة وجاذبية للضيوف.
A good stay and a fair value for the price. I would rate the hotel 8/10. The best thing about the hotel is its excellent location, which is very convenient for exploring Toledo and reaching the main attractions easily. Overall, the stay was comfortable and the price was reasonable for what was offered.
The main area that could be improved is the rooms. The furniture and some of the facilities are a little outdated and would benefit from renovation and modernization to make the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.

El hotel està en renovacion exterior, a las 8 am el ruido se apodera de todo y despierte! Andamios, radiales, martillos golpeando....el hotel tiene unas habitaciones en entrepisos que asignarselas a personas mayores les resultan fatales.
The view from the room is stunning! The bed was very comfortable, and the room was spacious. We were given some small gifts for the child and a sleep-well kit. The location is very convenient.
Breakfast was a little bit poor.

Da kann das Hotel wahrscheinlich NICHTS dafür. Obwohl Platz wäre ohne Ende, ist es nicht möglich bzw. legal ein Motorrad vor/neben dem Hotel zu parken. Man wird auf eine öffentliche Parkgarage verwiesen, 50m weiter kein Problem, aber die Nacht 19,-€. 50m weiter in der anderen Richtung gibt es einen öffentlichen, kostenlosen Motorradabstellplatz. Entweder sie wissen es nicht oder...?
