Super hotel perfect for our one night stay
Pros:

Very spacious room, superb location on the same street as the tour bus and train, bed and treats for our small dog, parking right next door. Staff were great and even found us the football channel to watch the World Cup!

Espectacular todo
Pros:

Espectacular! Lo elegí para vestirme y dormir el día de mi boda porque admitía perritos y para mí era indispensable estar ese día con ellos y la verdad que superó mis expectativas con creces! El trato excelente, las instalaciones geniales, cama y regalo de bienvenida para los perros…. estaré eternamente agradecida.

Cons:

Estuvimos sin agua 24 h, sé que no fue culpa directa del hotel pero carecía de un plan de emergencia para esos supuestos o al menos algún detalle con los huéspedes que ni tan siquiera nos pudimos duchar en todo el día.

Pros:

La ubicación, tener estacionamiento de pago cercano, hay al menos dos a metros. Cerca del centro y sitios para recorrer a pie. Para saber la ciudad tiene algunas calles con pendiente para quien le cuesten las subidas. Pero hay que ir al menos una vez.

Cons:

Solamente un poco la insonorización con respecto a otras habitaciones y pasillos, pero con lo que recorres te duermes si o si. Al menos la habitación que me tocó tenía muy lindas vistas y una puerta más en el interior para separar a zona del ingreso y el baño de la habitación lo que ayudaba a aminorar bastante los ruidos del pasillo de acceso, y zona del Hall del ascensor.

Personal atento, ubicación.

Cons:

Las habitaciones que dan al patio interior necesitan una urgente reforma en cuanto a ventanas y puertas, la pared y techo llenos de manchas...
Y tema mascota, 25€ extra y ni un solo kit o detalle como hacen en otros hoteles. Le sobra una estrella y si me apuras, dos.

Cons:

Não gostei de nos dar um quarto em que se ouvia as obras a partir das sete da manhã e não nos informaram disso. No quarto de banho o aplicador do chuveiro não estava seguro.

Cons:

Ruido constante por obras durante mi estancia, empezando a las 7am. El hotel deberia haber avisado antes de la estancia. Una vez comentado con recepción, nos dicen que no pueden hacer nada.

Hotel Stay During Water Outage

The location is perfect and good breakfast.

Cons:

There was a water outage in several areas of the city, and the hotel was without water for an entire day. We understand this was not the hotel’s fault, but they should have a plan in place for situations like this. They did not offer to move us to another hotel in the city that did have water, nor did they offer any form of compensation. It felt like the responsibility was placed on the tourists to figure out what to do.

In addition, the AC did not cool the room properly, and temperatures reached 104°F during the day. After exploring the city in that heat, you expect to return to a cool room — but we had neither water nor functioning air conditioning.

On a positive note, breakfast was amazing, and the room itself was generally well‑designed and comfortable.
