Destacaría su buena ubicación
Cons:

Las toallas y las puertas de las habitaciones habría que cambiarlas. Hacen un ruido terrible tanto para abrir como para cerrar y teniendo en cuenta el poco miramiento de la gente puedes despertarte cada vez que tu vecino entre o salga de la habitación.

Disappointing Stay – Poor Cleanliness and Broken Air Conditioning

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The cleanliness was terrible, with dust everywhere in the room. The air conditioning was not working properly and there was barely any airflow, making the room uncomfortable. There was also no room service available, which was very inconvenient.

The only positive aspects of this hotel are its location and the spacious family rooms. The family room has two separate bedrooms, one bathroom, and four beds, making it suitable for families.

However, the poor cleanliness and faulty air conditioning seriously affected our stay. The hotel needs to improve its housekeeping and maintenance. I would not recommend this hotel unless these issues are addressed.

The reception office needs further training on customer service

The hotel was located in a wonderful part of the town-

Cons:

The front desk ladies have horrific customer service manners ( Veronica and the other lady who works w her are very rude. Upon our arrival their attitude was obvious as they seem to hate working at the hotel
The second day the female front desk ladies were condescending and arrogant when we asked them if they could make sure to supply the downstairs bathrooms with paper towels and toilet paper. We left a message for the manager to contact us to regard the issue to avoid having to give a bad review, but were not contacted so we feel obliged to warn others

Inicio mal,la solución bien.

Nos tuvimos que cambiar de habitación a las 5 de la mañana por los ruidos de máquinas.
Y le habíamos dicho a la señorita de la tarde que hacía ruido,pero nos aseguró que por la noche paraba.

Estancia mágica y llena de historia.
Pros:

El hotel está en una ubicación buenísima porque está justo enfrente del Alcázar de Toledo y pasear de noche por esa zona es sencillamente mágico y espectacular. Una pasada de hotel, con mucha historia, por cierto. Entrar en su comedor es como regresar a la edad media y entrar en el salón de un castillo donde desayunas de maravilla. El buffet es excelente, con productos de mucha calidad y con muchísima variedad su buffet. El personal del comedor estuvo atentísimo con nosotros en todo momento y se ve que con todo el mundo porque el comedor estaba lleno.

Repetiría por la limpieza del hotel, el baño de la habitación es una pasada, su desayuno es espectacular y la ubicación del hotel es inmejorable.

Cons:

Imposible aparcar delante del hotel para bajar equipaje. No hay lugar para parar ni siquiera reservado para el hotel pero hay un parking a escasos metros que te facilita todo. Pero tienes que ir directo al parking a la llegada a Toledo o no podrás parar delante del hotel.

Wir haben eine Nacht in einem Familienzimmer (2 Schlafräume, ein Bad) zu dritt im Sercotel verbracht. Mit 200 Euro mit Frühstück für 3 Personen im okt nicht teuer.
Die Lage ist perfekt , mittendrin in der berühmten Altstadt
Parkhaus mit Bonus vom Hotel direkt nebenan 19 Euro für 24 Std.
Zimmer waren modernisiert , auch das Bad.

Cons:

Man muss wissen , dass man in einem sehr alten Gebäude übernachtet. Die Hellhörigkeit wohl durch alte Holzdecken war sehr störend. Man hört Vorallem alte Wasserleitungen , die nicht gedämpft sind aus anderen Zimmern in Lautstärken , die einen nicht einschlafen lassen.
Viele , viele Mängel der Renovierungen sind eher unangenehm. (Um den Schall zu reduzieren , sind jede Menge styroporplatten offen in Ritzen und Spalten der Treppenstufen gestopft worden.
Frühstück war gut. Trotz der lustigen Ritterrüstungen usw, hab ich der Seriosität des Hotels nicht getraut. Das Bad war renoviert , das Duschwasser gabs nur kalt !
Für eine Nacht war es ok.
