Always find the staff friendly and location is great, but this time, found the kitchen fan a problem.

Świetna lokalizacja. Samochód zaparkujesz z przody hotelu. Możliwość powrotu późną nocą i dostajesz kod do głównych drzwi. Obsługa fantastyczna, pomocna, uśmiechnięta. Restauracja na miejscu. Napewno znajdziesz coś dla siebie. Pokój duży, czysty i duża łazienka. Jeśli będę ponownie na Walii napewno wrócę do tego hotelu.

Lovely, relaxing room, we found a gem
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent, hot and tasty. Staff were. Very helpful, there was a young man , didn't get his name, he served behind the bar and told us about Lord Nelson staying at the hotel and about the painting in the function room, he served us breakfast Friday morning with a smile and dinner on the Thursday evening.

Once you've stayed you won't stay anywhere else.
Pros:

I have stayed here numerous times and find the whole experience great, from the staff to the rooms and not to mention the amazing food. Highly recommend to anyone considering staying.

Pros:

Lovely room overlooking the Marina. The view also took in the oil refineries in the far distance but when night came they lit up looking quite amazing.
The room was large and beds really comfortable.

Cons:

The shower was rather slow but did keep the same temperature all through its use.
I wasn't particularly liking the cup upturned straight onto the table with no saucer or tray. I felt I had to put boiling water over them before use.

The entire stay was excellent.

Both breakfast and location were excellent

Cons:

Unfortunately there was a power cut in the street during the afternoon but the hotel had an emergency generator which meant disruption was minimal.
