Very good stay, all staff lovely.

Lovely property, reception and bar area extremely nice and welcoming.

Cons:

Had a deluxe room, everything that we needed. Just needs updating. Wanted to order from takeaway menu took four attempts for someone to answer phone and then an hour and a half for it to be ready!!

My bad, there was a massive water leak from top floor by midnight . Water rushed on top of the bed and bedside table . My phone, I pad, wallet and specs were completely in water just in minutes before I got up and could grab a towel from toilet. Very bad experience. None of the staffs could help.

Cons:

Some of the sea view was views of a very large oil refinery and oil tankers. The high street was very run down. I wouldn't visit Millford Haven again.

Lovely stay, great food, just be careful of the noisy kitchen extractor!
Pros:

The staff were excellent, they couldn’t have done more for you and always asked if they could help. We ate there on both evenings and the food was excellent.

Cons:

The room we had was tired and could have done with a tidy up, also we were above the kitchen and were woken before 6am everyday when the extractor fan started up. Not a huge problem for us as we were going out early but if you were after lazy morning you might want to get a room away from the kitchen.

Disappointed
Pros:

Comfortable bed.
Staff listened and noted my grievances.

Cons:

Poor quality tea, coffee etc in the room. Breakfast not worth £15.
Droning noise and staff talking and laughing in the courtyard kept me awake.
No heating in the room and lightbulb missing.
