Terrible customer service
Pros:

Property was clean and in a reasonably good location.

Cons:

The staff were rude and did not communicate effectively. There was a problem with their WiFi and a payment couldn’t be made for a cup of tea all whilst my taxi to the airport was waiting outside. I asked what was the hold up but I wasn’t being given an explanation, when I explained my taxi was waiting outside I was told, I need to make payment for a service I had- I was trying to but the problem was their end. I offered to pay with cash(in pounds as that is all I had) but they refused and were not apologetic for their broken machine. In the end I was ready to leave (now 15 minutes late) that they decided to send me a payment link which I would have been happy with at the beginning. For a hotel to delay someone’s flight for £5 is unacceptable and you would have thought as it’s their error that they could have waived this payment. So my summary is- terrible customer service!

Comoda la posizione per raggiungere a piedi il centro.
Pulizia buona.

Cons:

Ambiente un pò asettico, la zona solarium non particolarmente bella. La camera piccola.
Il rapporto qualità/prezzo purtroppo troppo sbilanciato. Non offre niente di più di tanti altri NH in giro per il mondo a prezzi più contenuti.

very bad sound proofing, even talks from the next room is clearly heard

Excellent séjour
Pros:

Petit déjeuner complet, de l'industriel pour les viennoiseries mais pas mauvais et difficile de se plaindre vu le reste (fruits, yaourts, pains, confitures, café, jus d'orange, oeufs...), la chambre était propre, assez grande, belle douche et une assez belle vue. Lit confortable, personnel accueillant et souriant, en salle petit déj également. Position géographique très bonne pour ma part qui aime faire beaucoup de marche, pas parfaite si on se fatigue assez vite et qu'on veut tout faire à pied.
Diffusions de matchs au RDC, plutôt sympa. Horaires d'arrivées flexibles.
Bon service de chambre.
Pas pu tester le rooftop.
Je suis très satisfait de cet établissement.

Cons:

Petits problèmes d'interrupteurs pour une lampe, isolement pas top côté rue et prix pas abordable pour tous mais ça reste très honnête.

Cons:

Das Hotel hat starken Renovierungsbedarf. Das Schloss der Zimmertür z.B. war defekt, so dass sich die Tür von innen nicht verriegeln lies. Im Pool lose Kacheln, unbequeme Plastikstühle auf der Pool-Terrasse. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht.
