Muy buena experiencia,mil gracias a Sara y María de recepción que nos han ayudado en todo momento así como al personal del desayuno,el bufete espectacular.
El hotel al lado del Guadalquivir por el que se puede acceder al centro histórico en un agradable paseo por la orilla pasando por el puente de Triana,La Maestranza y La Torre Del Oro.

Lousy wifi in rooms, good breakfast, sub par front desk staff service

Cons:

Wifi in the rooms was atrocious as got cut off many times due to weak signal. I wanted to book a larger taxi as I have 4 large luggages, 2 cabin luggage and 4 persons for Saturday check out. The front desk staff said there are lots of taxis in front that bring us there so don’t need to reserve. On Saturday morning, we went to Check out and there was 1 taxi waiting and just by looking at it, one will know that it cannot fit 4 big luggages, yet the front desk staff asked to try and talk to the taxi driver. Ended up the front desk staff asked us to call Uber. Furthermore, standard room does not have complimentary bottle of water or kettle to boil hot water which was not informed to us during booking.
