Please note that The Bistro Restaurant is closed during the month of August. The rest of the year it is open every day from 11:00 to 13:00.

Fantastic hotel with outstanding customer service!
Pros:

We’ve been to Barcelona on more than one occasion and have stayed a hotel that is no longer in operation so as an NH member we decided to stay here as the reviews on Tripadvisor were excellent.

To be fair, the reviews do not do the hotel justice. The hotel is outstanding. Its location is perfect for the El Born which we love.

We were checked in by Jesus, who was really friendly and made us feel welcome as soon as we walked through the door. Always a good sign.

The room was beautiful, spotlessly clean, with a really comfortable bed, a beautiful spacious bathroom stocked with all the bells and whistles! The towels were amazing!

Breakfast was excellent, to say we were spoilt for choice is an understatement. The staff were friendly and so helpful. The food was so fresh and the coffee was A1!

It was my wife’s birthday during our stay and the room was decorated and a small cake (with candle) and chocolates were left as a gift. A lovely gesture, a big thank you to Hugo and all the staff!

We love Barcelona and we love our new ‘go to’ hotel there. We had the perfect time at this outstanding hotel!

The location was absolutely perfect. Lovely room, comfy bed, little extras too.
Pros:

We were treated to a complimentary breakfast to celebrate my hubbies birthday which was lovely. The bed was super comfortable. The location was absolutely perfect. We could walk to lots of the main attractions.

Cons:

The roof top bar and pool were closed for the 1st two nights of our stay, then when it opened we tried to go but bar was closed at 7pm.

Otel konumunu , otel personeli , kahvaltı çeşitliliği , Çocuk dostu olması. Konum itibariyle her yere yakın olması özellikle Zoo ve Aquarium'a cok yakındı yürüme mesafesi.

Odanın içerisindeki yapısal bozuklukları. - Örn. Banyo kapısı köşesi şişmiş ve yapılmamış kapı zor kapanıyordu. Anakapı kilidi zorlanmış ya da değişmiş ama iyi özen gösterilmediği için zor kapanıyor ve kitleniyordu.

Les prestations et le service de qualité, le personnel agréable et serviable, la bonne localisation de l'hôtel ! Tout à pieds en 5 à 25 minutes. La piscine et le sauna. La station de taxi au pied de l'hôtel

Les groom des portes des chambres extrêmement bruyants, petit déjeuner très (trop) salé, personnel qui retire la nourriture 20 à 25 minutes avant la fin des créneaux horaires du petit déjeuner, pas cool qu'on ne puisse pas se servir jusqu'à la fin du créneau indiqué.

Fabulous stay at a great hotel!
Pros:

We loved our recent visit to the NH Collection Barcelona Podium. The location was outstanding and centrally located, affording us the opportunity to walk to so many sites. Additionally, our connecting family rooms offered great space for five. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful each day, and the hotel staff was tremendously outgoing and helpful. We would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Barcelona!
