Нам очень понравилось пребывание в этом отеле! В первую очередь хочется отметить замечательный и очень отзывчивый персонал. В нашем первоначальном номере было достаточно шумно из-за работы кондиционера, и сотрудники отеля с большим пониманием отнеслись к нашей просьбе. Нас без каких-либо сложностей переселили в другой номер, причем предоставили номер более высокой категории без дополнительной оплаты. Это было очень приятно и оставило прекрасное впечатление об уровне сервиса и отношении к гостям.
Сам отель расположен в самом сердце Батуми - отличное местоположение для прогулок по городу. До пляжа также легко и удобно добраться.
Спасибо всему персоналу за гостеприимство, внимание и заботу! Мы остались очень довольны и обязательно вернемся сюда снова. Однозначно рекомендуем этот отель!

Excellent location right in the heart of the city.
The beach is just a 2–3 minute walk away
The breakfasts were good with a nice variety of options.

The rooms are a little dated, but they were clean and well maintained. One thing to keep in mind is that if your room overlooks the courtyard, it can be a bit noisy at times.

מלון קטן ופשוט וצוות אדיב ונחמד. יש שירות חדרים , כל יום מנקים ומסדרים מצעים ומחליפים מגבות ומביאים בקבוקי מים. המלון במיקום מעולה, מרחק הליכה לטיילת, לים, למגדל האלפאבית ולכיכר אירופה. הרבה מסעדות מסביב וגם פארק ירוק וגדול ממול.
ארוחת בוקר טעימה אך חוזרת על עצמה.

Great hotel to stay
Pros:

Very nice and helpful staff, clean room, great location. Decent breakfast.
We spent 8 nights at this place, and it was fine. Any issue (there were very few) was resolved immediately.

Cons:

Нет звукоизоляции, оконные рамы старые , деревянные , отель в центре, шум ,как на улице ,в номере до 3 ночи .Берите беруши или наушники,иначе как я, заснёте в 3 ночи.

The hotel’s location was absolutely perfect. It is situated next to the beautiful cobblestone boulevard, surrounded by lovely trees, with views of the park. The sea and swimming beach are just a few steps away, and the area around the hotel is full of charming cafés and restaurants with a great atmosphere. The vibe was really cool and enjoyable.

Хорошее расположение. Бульвар, набережная- до всего очень близко.
Красивый холл.
Номер на 3 этаже, с террасой. На террасе столик и 2 стула.
Лифта нет, здание историческое.
Завтраки очень хорошие! На цокольном этаже.
Постельное белье чистое, мягкое. 2 вида подушек. Кровать удобная.
2 бутылочки воды.
Халаты, сейф, чайник, мыло, шампунь, кондиционер.

Cons:

Не хватает зубных щеток.
Комары.
В остальном все замечательно.
