Pros:

Mohammed was welcoming and very helpful at check-in and at check-out.
My husband grew up in San Jose and always wanted to stay at this hotel, and it did not disappoint. I would also like to add the all marbel bathroom made us feel like we were staying where Kings stayed.

Cons:

I would have loved more of a view.

Valet took over 45+ mins each time to get the car. You can feel the entire building sway throughout your stay.

Pros:

The hotel was very accommodating for a late checkout. The check in was easy and fast. The staff was friendly and helpful too.

Cons:

The parking option is only valet and it is not guaranteed they will have it available on busy holiday weekends. There are other parking options but they are further down the street.

Nice overnight stay, great location downtown...parking is rough
Pros:

Bed was comfy, not too firm; room was big enough and nice and clean! The people checking me in and then out were both friendly & helpful!

Cons:

I know most reviews mention it, but truly the parking situation is awful. I'd read reviews about a free lot right across the street, however it's not free if theres anything going on downtown and it was also full. As was valet parking at the hotel.
