Great hotel, especially value for money with location, size of rooms and breakfast. Would absolutely stay again.
Pros:

Great location at Chinatown/Haymarket/Darling Harbour end of town.
Close to light rail and Central Station.
Good size rooms and very comfortable.

As a first-timer, I would say staying in this hotel met my expectations, love to come back onr
Pros:

Breakfast was great throughout our staying and the location of the hotel was very accessible to shopping centres & restaurants and safe to walk around. For first-timer, we recommend staying in this hotel

Cons:

The service was very good including staff. For my own observation I suggest if a baggage scale could also be available/provided at least one in the hotel so that we can weigh our luggage 🧳 before leaving

Fantastic location and comfy stay.
Pros:

Bed was super comfy and was surprised how little noise we heard. Blackout blinds were also fantastic and a big rain shower head topped it off. Breakfast was also pretty good value.

Cons:

A pool would be great.
