Cons:

The room was not soundproofed like it said on the site. I was awake all night with loud construction and roadworks till after 5am.
Also it said daily housekeeping but this is only a service offered minimally for a fee.
The restaurant was closed.
There were ongoing internal renovations happening passed 8pm on arrival and again first thing in morning all through front of hotel.

Staff was always available and helpful. Rooms were spacious and has lots of charging ports!

The room was spacious and clean, and has lots of charging ports! Staff were very helpful, and available whenever. Location just 5 min walk from ICC and Darling Harbour which was very convenient!

Cons:

Would be good if the room had a larger area to place luggage, since it’s a 4 people’s room.

Good value for this location
Pros:

Great location, good breakfast and big rooms.

Cons:

Dust under the beds and lack of furniture (not many chairs, tables, cupboards etc.). Also, there was no carpet and there were glue stains on the floor that made it sticky.

Overall the hotel is very good. The staff was fantastic and helpful. Great location, such as not too far of Darling Harb

Friendly staff, great location, close to Darling Harbour.

Cons:

Not enough coffee and milk. Even though they had the draws outside to help yourself, milk and coffee was always missing.

Nice for a night maybe longer if they upgrade the outdated beds

Great lovation. Staff were friendly enough

Cons:

The beds were awfully uncomfortable. The room wouldn’t beat up and there was someone elses hair through the bathroom and shower. I know its not mine as I have bright purple hair.
