We will be back
Pros:

Great accommodation. Bed was extremely comfortable and the rooms were beautiful and clean. We were upgraded without even requesting which was much appreciated.

Cons:

Everything was great, there was nothing we did not like.

Very disappointed, wont be back

The location is great

Cons:

We have stayed before and were very disappounted this time. Too many corners cut for the price. Not told about renovations. Renovations used as 3xcuse for no barista at breakfast. Very little gluten free food, no seperate toaster. No teaspoons in rooms or at breakfast just felt cheap. No wash cloth in room but liquid soap, so how do you use it. Not even one spare towel for hair washing. Room cleaning every 4 days, at this price expect daily towels at minimum.

Breakfast was poor!
Expected to walk into a proper buffet style breakfast and was very disappointed to find a very small set up inside of the Boiling Crab Restaurant. We wouldn’t have added the breakfast on had we have know they were renovating and it would be such a poor set up.
Especially disappointing as I am a celiac and was extremely limited for options. Had to ask not once but twice for gluten free bread.

Parking - it should state that the parking is located off site.
The parking lot itself was filthy and on two occasions of entering the car park there were no spaces available! This was especially frustrating as we had small children and a baby. What is the point of paying for parking if you’re not guaranteed a parking spot?!

Convenient and comfortable.
Pros:

Location to Dixon Street and Paddy's Market was great and was the reason for us to choose this hotel.

Cons:

Breakfast was not as good as we expected compared with other hotels we have stayed at but I guess it was adequate.
Hotel reception staff would be well advised to smile more and look as if they were happy seeing customers coming in. While providing expected service they were not friendly.
