Hyper génial.
Pros:

Hôtel très bien placé au tournant des grands centres d'intérêt de Sydney: Darling Harbour, Fish Market, Paddyes market, l'Opéra, le Rocks, etc. Le tramway est un moyen idéal pour circuler dans Sydney et surtout avec la carte Opale, valable aussi pour le bus et le bateau.

Cons:

Dire qu'il est possible de se restaurer le soir dans l'hôtel (distributeur) est un peu abusé. on y trouve que des sucreries ou des gateaux apéritif, vraiment pas de la restauration.

Pros:

I turned up at 11.45am just to ask if i could leve my bags as I was attending a sporting event and was told I could go straight up to my room. Possibly the quickest check-in ive ever experienced. Staff at the front desk were exceptional.

Le service de chambre et la reception de l'hotel qui ont pu repondre a nos besoins

Nous avions payé une suite de luxe pour 2 adultes et un enfant sur booking sans incident concernant ce type de chambre
Sur place , l'enfant n'avait pas de lit et les receptionnistes nous ont informés que ce type de chambre est uniquement reservé pour 2 personnes , alors que sur booking le paiement pour 2 adultes et un enfants etait pris en compte pour ce type de chambre de luxe ,
La reception ont pu nous avoir avoir une suite parentale avec 2 lit 2 places ,
Ils ont pu trouver une solution et cela sans payer de surplus
Est ce que notre enfant est bien pris en charge lorsque nous effectuons le paiement pour 3 personnes pour une chambre deluxe , cest a dire 2 adultes et 01 enfant?????
Comment pouvez vous nous expliquer que lorsque que l'on coche 3 personnes dont 01 enfants de 12 ans dans votre reservationn , le logiciel nous propose plusieurs chambre , pour ne pas afficher uniquement des chambre pouvant accueillir 3 personnes comme demander dans notre reservation ???
