This place is disgusting and was a total scam. None of the pictures matched the hotel, and was a total wreck. I don’t re

No bed bugs.

Cons:

Pictures did not match the inside of the room. Room smelled like weed and cigarette smoke covered by tons of cheap air freshener. The outside of the Inn is falling apart, and trash is left everywhere outside on the walkways and decks. This place looked like a crack den, and I hate to say that’s not an exaggeration.

Pros:

The location is in a great spot. Right behind the Pi Beta Phi Elementary school. So walking distance to the parkway.

Cons:

Paid way too much for what you got. Ceiling was about to fall in, cardboard taped to the bottom of the door, cardboard under the toilet. Water pressure wasn’t poor but not great. Tv barely worked and the smoke alarm was hanging by the wires. Oh yeah, and someone’s clothing and paystubs in the drawers of the desk.

The bathroom floor was slanted an the cabinet door was hanging off. The railing was about the fall off an the ceiling started leaking a got our stuff wet. The lady working the desk was rude and they guy that came in wasn’t much better when we told them we just wanted the money back for the rest of our stay because we was leaving because of the conditions we was experiencing.we stayed in room 202.

EVERUTHING! So bad that we didnt stay! Building in horrible condition. Just simply driving through the parking lot, we witnessed people doing drugs. NOT safe to stay there at all!!!!
