Very disappointed in our stay.

Cons:

The beds did not have fresh seats. There was no hot water. The service was not very good. When asked about the no hot water the workers laughed and did not seem to care.

Was not happy about the inconvenience.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, parking was good, it was quiet.

Cons:

The first morning there was no hot water to shower. The 2nd morning there was no water for a shower. We asked to talk to a manager, but was told the manager is out of town. We left without showering.

Cons:

After checking in, I reviewed my credit charges and noted I had two pending charges for the night. I spoke with the front desk and he spoke with the manager. Both assured only one pending charge would go through. Both pending charges were still there in the morning. Different front desk person said no problem. One day later I now have 2 confirmed charges on my credit card!

The staff were kind and the beds were comfortable. It was clean and felt fresh!

Cons:

The TV didn't work/no TV guide or handbook. The bathtub stopper didn't work. Other than that it was good!
