Pros:

Friendly staff, clean, breakfast good and included hot options, bed comfortable, good location.

Cons:

Bathroom fixtures all needed attention - toilet seat loose, drain plugs on sink and tub, shower head loose from the wall.

Broken shower in one room, broken smoke detector that was constantly beeping. Had to shower in one room and sleep in another. Not next to each other.

Don't complain - the staff will punish you.

The location was convenient for the reason we were traveling. They had a decent breakfast set up and the price was good.

Cons:

I booked the room (king suite) 3 months in advance as it was me and my 2 children staying. When we checked in, the room they assigned us was a single queen room. When I went to the desk to say something, the staff member told me they were overbooked. I told him the room was booked 3 months ago - he never apologized. He was able to move us to a king suite, but it felt like it was a huge inconvenience. When we got to the room, I pulled out the couch and a bunch of crumbs fell out and there were no sheets. I went to the front desk to ask for a sheet set for the pull-out, and the same man who put us in the wrong g room was there. He gave me ONE sheet! After that, the whole stay was ruined. Then, the TV in the room kept loosing the signal and turning off. Finally, the room smelled like cigarettes right as you walked in.

Won’t go back.
Pros:

Comfortable bed was mostly it.

Cons:

Dirty room. Used soap and razor left in bathroom. Heat wasn’t working. No hottub and pool looked dirty so didn’t use it.

The building was nice. Staff was unprofessional with many things. I will not be staying there again.

There was paint chips in the pool because the manager “got carried away painting the ceiling and the net was broken” a kid also popped in the pool and when we told the person at the front desk he never cleaned it or closed it in fact he continued to let people swim late that night. When we were down for breakfast, the manager was screaming at someone about hot water instead of going over and showing her that the hot water pitcher was full. He screamed at her for telling him how to do his job, threatened to kick her and her daughter out, and said racial things to her. there was kids and other customers in the dining room. Other people had to step in to separate him from her. It was completely unprofessional and made everybody uncomfortable.
