Tam Coc Lavender Homestay

Very nice and cozy hotel. The swimming pool is superb. The owner is very friendly and he makes the best shakshuka for breakfast. Highly recommended.

Très bon accueil ! Un thé nous attendait ! Ce homestay est très bien situé, au bord du lac, dans la petite rue calme mais pleine de restaurants et de choses à faire.
Le gros plus, c'est la piscine qui est longue, large et profonde. Le personnel est très gentil. Le petit déjeuner continental est bien également.

A very friendly atmosphere and excellent value for money. Most of the staff do not speak much English, but they were always friendly and helpful, and the lady who ran the reception (amongst other duties) spoke very good English. She was also excellent at advising and organising trips. Breakfast was very good. Highly recommend.

This was a very nice place, we stayed for 4 nights. The room & pool were very clean and the air conditioning worked great. The owners are very friendly & helpful.

Huge room and bathroom. Clean. Offered motorbike and bike rental. Very friendly family who took care of us. Offered advise on where to go and offered to help book tours or transportation. Shakshuka and coffee breakfast were good. If I had to nitpick, the towels were a little rough, the internet wasn't the best and for our room, one of the outlets by the bed was 5 feet above the bed

2樓房間寬敞，民宿環境優美，唯一缺點是淋浴的熱水很難調到適合的溫度，不是很燙就是很冷

房間很大間，距離熱鬧的大街和湖邊都很近，環境優美非常推薦

Hôtel très bien placé en centre ville au calme . L accueil est magnifique le patron est solaire, plaisante toujours avec les gens, le petit déjeuner est simple mais correcte.. le personnel est très sympa et souriant le cadre est très joli, pas de télévision, mais y en a t il vraiment besoin ? Nous recommandons vraiment cet hôtel qui est de plus peu coûteux 👌

Lovely hotel near the heart of Tam Coc with amazingly helpful and friendly staff happy to help with anything. They gave us takeaway breakfast when we had to leave early ♥️

Côté prestations : Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour au Lavender : il est situé dans une petite rue calme avec vue sur un plan d’eau, la piscine est très agréable et notre chambre était spacieuse. Le Cozy Garden, le bar de l’hôtel propose une nourriture de qualité (excellents banh mi et coconut coffee)
C est d’ailleurs là que l’on prend le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse (formule avec 3 plats au choix). L’emplacement est vraiment idéal : on peut tout faire à pied : centre ville, départ des bateaux à 3mn…
Nous avons loué également un scooter (100 000 Dng/jour) pour visiter les environs.
Côté accueil : Ruby, le propriétaire, même s’il ne parle pas anglais, est très avenant, vous n’êtes pas prêts d’oublier son rire…
Nam, à la réception, est adorable, toujours prête à nous aider pour organiser nos journées ou à nous conseiller.
Je ne la remercierai jamais assez pour m’avoir proposé de la glace et des pansements lorsque je me suis blessée !
Nous étions tellement bien que nous avons prolongé notre séjour !
Bon à savoir : le Lavender et Ruby Homestay appartiennent tous les 2 au propriétaire et sont donc situés de part et d’autre de la piscine.

For the money, the hotel was fine. The room was spacious, the location was lovely, the pool was nice. However, when we checked in within two minutes, we were shown a brochure about booking a trip and we had just arrived from a distance and really we were tired and I felt the room could’ve been read better. If they wanted to sell us a package, we could’ve talked about it later, but not when you first walk in like that. The room could’ve been cleaned a little bit better also. However, as I said for the money, it was good.

This was a good value place to stay, the staff were amazing. I stayed in #701 which was in an older building, the room had a slight odor but apart from that everything was alright. I am sure they would have put me in a different room if I mentioned it to them but I was here for just a night so didn't bother. The people who manage this place are very kind and helpful, big thanks to them

We had a lovely stay at the Tam Coc Lavendar Homestay. Th e ocation is perfect - right in Tam Coc, but just outside the busy main street; walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. There is a restaurant onsite that serves the most delicious pandan coffee - try it! We enjoyed the pool and there are plenty of places outside to relax. The included breakfast was a nice surprise. Although limited to a few choices, our kids devoured the crepes and we enjoyed the shakshuka. Coffee and juice, as well as fresh fruit/salad are included with breakfast. The best part of our stay was the family that owns and runs the homestay - if you have a chance, definitely take the time to visit with them. One host in particular is always smiling and has an infectious laugh - he was the best! All the other staff were extremely friendly and helpful, very responsive when we had a question or request. They arranged scooter rentals for us which was a fun way to explore the area. The homestay rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a bottom floor room and our only complaint would be that there was a funny odor in the bathroom. Our friends had a couple of the upstairs rooms - I would recommend booking one of these if possilbe. When we return to Vietnam I would definitely book a stay here again.

This place is absolutely lovely! Great location, beautiful, fantastic room. We got a quadruple for four of us and it had king size beds, and very comfortable. The breakfast was incredible!
