Pros:

Reception was very nice, also cleanness

Cons:

The rooms toward street are very noisy, better to choose courtyard side. The room temperature could not be regulated below 20C.

Jei dar kada viešėsiu Waršuvoje apsistosiu pas jus.

Pusryčiai tikrai gausus, pasirinkimas labai didelis. Jums pageidaujant iškeps omleta su jusu išsirinktais ingridientais,bus šviežias ir butent toks koki megstate.

Cons:

Tive que trabalhar e por isso tinha que ter acesso ao wifi, estava sem acesso fui pedir ajuda a recepção, disseram que iam resolver. Fiquei a espera, perguntei se poderia falar com alguem do IT, a recepcionista que falava muito mal Inglês, mandou-me sentar, lamentável.

Hotel ogólnie nie najgorszy.

Cons:

Stosunek ceny vs udogodnień i komfortu słaby. Problem z dodzwonieniem się na recepcję - każdorazowo czas oczekiwania 10-15 minut. Personel w recepcji skrajnie nieogarnięty tzn. albo bardzo miły i kompetentny albo zupełnie nieprzygotowany i bez znajomości elementarnych standardów obsługi klienta.
