Staff friendly and around most of the day to assist.

Short and unorganised
Cons:

We booked the Hotel and received confirmation 24hrs prior to our arrival. We rode a motorcycle for 6 hours to arrive at the hotel for the reception to say "we are full, we don't have your details and we have no room". We then sat at their table and searched for other hotels available.
