Pros:

Todo. En el hotel todo está nuevo y es de excelente gusto.

Es un poco lejos de lo más turístico, pero queda a 15 o 20 minutos en carro, es bastante cerca en todo caso.

El personal es sumamente atento. Absolutamente destacable el profesionalismo pero a la vez la cercanía de Carolina Herrera - asistente de gerente de manejo de cliente. Desde el minuto 1 nos hizo sentir en casa.

Cons:

Nada. Todo increíble.

Pros:

Το πρωινό, το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ φιλικό. Και οτι υπήρχε 24/7 room service.

Cons:

Οτι δεν ήταν ξεκάθαρο από την αρχή της κράτησης, οτι η εσωτερική πισίνα δεν δεχόταν παιδιά.

Bona experiència
Pros:

Habitacions molt confortables, magnifiques vistes.
He dormit increiblement bé.

M'ha agradat molt passejar pels jardins o els estancs d'aigua, m'he assegut llarga estona a escoltar als ocellets.

Una experiència de relax excel.lent.

Cons:

No m'agradat, com a tots els hotels de 5*, els preus del minibar, desorbitats.

Tenia pensat sopar al Erre Restaurant de l'hotel i tenian tancat. Vaig pujar a l'àtic a la planta 17 i el noi que hi havia em va dir: "Como ha subido aquí??"
:Pués por el ascensor, buen hombre "contesto jo, i em diu, no deberia poder subir nadie a esta planta, està cerrado. Muy bonito

Muy bonito.. tampoc vaig poguer fer un còctel a l'àtic.

Aleshores vaig veurem obligada a sortir a buscar experiències fora de l'hotel... Està molt lluny de tot. Només hi han universitats al voltant.

Relaxing warm comfortable stay . Great atmosphere . Outstanding staff .special hotel
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally kind . Even though it was a luxury hotel they were so warm to my children and very very professional . Each and every staff member . I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone .
