The perfect place to relax and enjoy quality time together.
Pros:

The hotel staff was absolutely amazing, and the kids’ club was one of the highlights of our stay. The team was incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely caring with the children. They kept the kids entertained and happy, which gave us parents the opportunity to relax and enjoy the hotel as well.

What really stood out was the attention to detail and the warmth of the entire team not only with the kids, but with us as adults too. We felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. It made the experience truly special for the whole family.

Cons:

The only thing we felt could be improved was the variety of the restaurant menu. The food was good, but for a longer stay, it would be great to have a wider selection of dishes, especially for families with children.

A great hotel for families with small flaws
Pros:

Very professional and polite staff
Efficient check-in and check-out process but definitely can be improved
The hotel is very nice, nice lobby, nice garden
The breakfast was fine but not extraordinary
Beds are comfortable
The view at red-level premium room was great
Very Clean and good housekeeping
Great kids club with good programs
The food and snacks at red level lounge were good but can be even better

Cons:

The room for a family of four is small. Two twins bess were large enough but overall room size does not leave any space left

The pool is very big but unfortunately not clean enough. There are many hair in water while swimming or in water, one needs to remove constantly hair stuck to fingers.

The beds and chairs at the pool was not enough at popular hours

The restaurant at the pool was pricey and the food was Okish

water in the pool in the spa area was too warm

Excellent choix pour le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

L’accueil. Nous avions une personne en mobilité réduite et nous n’avons pas pu stationner au plus près notre véhicule pour la faire descendre

Sophie and Sam are outstanding hosts. Sam showed us his art restoration studio which was fascinating helpful..
Pros:

Sophie and Sam have renovated the property beautifully. The pool is a bonus. The room is comfortable and has everything you need. Breakfast on the terrace was delicious - homemade jams, crepes, croissants and fresh fruit.

Cons:

We have absolutely no complaints.
