Comfort des chambres, piscine, fitness.

Cons:

L’hôtel n’a pas un service digne d’un cinq étoile selon moi … le personnel à la réception peu serviable et aimable.

Il n’y avait pas assez d’eau plate dans la chambre, et le téléphone ne fonctionnait pas. Je l’ai notifié à l’accueil mais ils ne sont pas venus le réparé comme promis.

De plus, après avoir payé 100€ de plus pour un late check-out, on m’a demandé 100€ de plus pour avoir 30min de plus car mon vol avait été retardé. Ce que j’ai trouvé légèrement excessif… L’équipe de la piscine et du restaurant était très sympa

Si vous souhaitez profiter de la ville de Barcelone, ce n’est pas le meilleur emplacement. Mais pour profiter de la piscine et faire du sport, c’est ok.

Les équipement de la piscine (toilettes, etc.) mériteraient une rénovation.

Pros:

19 лет спустя чувствуется, что в этот отель вложились и сервис на высоком уровне. Особенно если отдыхаешь на RedLevel.

Overall it was excellent and I'd definitely pick the same location when back in Barcelona.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent, we greatly enjoyed. The outdoor pool was nice and fun for the children. We enjoyed the cool water during the hot days of July.

Cons:

The coffee, unless ordered from Gran Caffe, was Nespresso capsule which is very bad. It would be nice to have some more places for children to enjoy - either at the pool or around. There were a lot of families with children there.

Funcionários extremamente simpáticos, café da manhã incrível, quartos e amenities excepcionais! Vale muito a pena também fazer o red level

Apenas o horário de funcionamento da piscina poderia se estender até mais tarde (vai somente até às 19hs, mesmo no verão, em que anoitece mais que 21hs).

Pros:

Hotel belíssimo, com quartos amplos e muito confortáveis. O café da manhã é excelente, variado e de ótima qualidade, tornando a experiência ainda mais especial.

Cons:

O restaurante da piscina não estava funcionando, então precisávamos buscar os pedidos dentro do hotel. Como a distância até a piscina é grande, isso acabava sendo bastante inconveniente, principalmente porque os garçons não podem levar os alimentos e as bebidas até essa área.

Request for Compensation: Premium Benefits Denied and Service Gaps
Cons:

We paid for Red Level status, but it wasn't applied at check-in and was only activated after we reminded staff. As a result, we lost a full day of the benefits we paid for.

Furthermore, the room's cleanliness and maintenance were highly disappointing. The shower handle was broken, and there was leftover food from previous guests in the fridge—which took four separate requests to finally get cleaned.

During our stay, maintenance entered our room without prior notice, claiming there was a water leak downstairs; management never followed up with us regarding this intrusion. To cap it off, despite confirming a late checkout, they failed to activate my key card, leaving us locked out.
