Ubicación perfecta para conocer algunos de los barrios más emblemáticos de Tokio. Personal muy amable. Habitaciones limpias y espaciosas.

Cons:

Está a unos 15 minutos del metro más cercano, no es lo más conveniente con maletas grandes.

It was ok. Glad we didn’t extend our stay before arriving.
Pros:

Good location. Big room on top floor. Family mart across the road.

Cons:

Musty damp smell when walking into reception/cafe area and in the room we were in, especially in the bathroom.
The shower water pressure was so low it felt like a kids watering can dribbling onto plant seedlings.
Staff were much friendlier everywhere else we have stayed in Japan as main focus has been the guests whereas staff here were juggling cafe and guests.

Great space and experience for location and price!
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and friendly- they were also extremely responsive! The space in the room was very good for a hotel of its price and location.

Cons:

Our WiFi didn’t work for the whole trip but because we both had data on our phones it didn’t bother us and we didn’t raise the issue with the hotel. The WiFi for other rooms showed up though so it may have just been a glitch with our room.

Great place to stay. Would 100% recommend
Pros:

Perfect location. So near to shinjuku-gyoen, the metro station, and many restaurants. Opposite a convenience store.
Everything we needed was in the room - hairdryer, fridge, desk, kettle.
Cosy bed.
Great pressure shower.

Amazing sushi bowl place, Ume, just around the corner ran by 2 elders. Great atmosphere and so close!

Cons:

Room sometimes had slightly drains-like smell but you only noticed it when you first came in and wasn’t a problem.
