Property cleanliness and carpet conditions are suffering from old age!

Great place to stay

They were remodeling but all was clean and nice. The only thing that bothered me was the TV wasn’t working. The lady at the front desk tried to get it to work which didn’t work. Otherwise nice place and the young lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

It was a quick and easy last minute booking. The phones in the rooms don’t work so you’re asked to use your own phone to call front desk. We booked king beds but the frames were smaller than the mattress and so the sides of the bed was not too firm. Otherwise everything was fine.

Refrigerator in the room was broken. I notified the front desk and they didn't care. Nothing was done about it at all. The bathroom was not cleaned from the last person as there were still towels lying around.

Robin at front desk was awesome.

The property wasn't the cleanest. Wouldn't have even been acceptable for a budget motel let alone a Marriot bonvoy. The room smelled musty and the hallway smelled like urine. The shower was awful and the air conditioning barely worked. There wasn't even coffee available in the lobby in the morning. The only redeeming quality was the kind staff, but would not stay there again.

The Assistant General Manger checked me in and she was AMAZING. Very helpful and super knowledgeable. The property was OK. Overall stay was OK. Thanks

I was in the area for work and needed a room on short notice due to a bad experience at the hotel I originally booked. After booking through Hotels.com, I went into the building in the hope that I would be able to check in early. I had just worked 1/4 overnight shifts and really needed to sleep. Abby and Jenna were understanding of my plight and did everything they could to get me checked in early. They coordinated with housekeeping (I believe his name was Hector) and were able to get me into a clean, comfortable room within half an hour. I did not have housekeeping during the stay but only because I slept during the day when housekeeping was there. I had enough towels and things in my room that I didn’t need services during my 3 day stay. Everyone I encountered on staff were friendly, warm, and welcoming. They even accommodated a late check out so I could sleep a bit after my last shift of the week. I accidentally overslept and was not out by the time we agreed upon, and instead of waking me up to kick me out, they allowed me to sleep and check out when I woke up. It was greatly appreciated. The hotel is a bit older but everything seemed to be in good working order. The shower was wonderfully hot after long shifts, the bed was comfortable, a/c was ice cold, all areas I saw were clean, and noise was minimal. It was everything I needed for my stay. The people working there definitely made it top notch. I would absolutely stay again.

The hotel has a wonderful view of the river and also has a walking path to sit and relax by the river.

Staff was very accommodating towards us, at front desk(all shifts), the kitchen staff during breakfast as well

It was pretty nice!

I checked in and found my TV did not work. They kindly helped me move rooms. This room was next to the hotel laundry room and was very loud in the AM along with the parking lot window which was also noisy through the night.
Made for a rough night sleep. Nothing on the hotel. Location was great and clean. Bar was closed if you plan on having a drink before bed.
