Great for a quick stay in Singapore with convenient access to various dining options including hawkers and high end restaurants. The room was clean and cute. Great for a single traveler or a couple. You can also leave your luggage at the counter if your flight is late in the day and the 2nd floor lounge is super cute for a coffee break and light snack. Will definitely stay here again.

Very tiny rooms. Okay for a single day stay

The staff were amazing and very accommodating. This is a great place if you simply need a place to sleep and are wanting to be close to amenities. It can be a little bit loud due to the proximity to businesses, but they mention that in their website. An easy fix was white noise at night. Overall very clean and all you need to enjoy Singapore.

The location was amazing because it's in china town, you have many shopping and food opportunities and it's also well connected with foot or with public transport.
What we didn't like was how small the bathroom was and it wasn't the cleanest, didn't have hand soap and no bidet.

Some hotel rooms on the third floor may not have windows and this was not explicitly communicated when booking, or immediately communicated upon check-in.

The property itself is well-situated. However, the bathroom is so small that water would spill out onto the bathroom floor after every shower. The staff were kind, helpful and professional. All in all, it was a pleasant stay.

Our bed was comfortable and very high. The rain shower feature was excellent. The rooms are tiny bit with an outside deck. It is a cute area.

Nice neighbourhood, convenient location to MRT and Maxwell Food Center. Walkable to Lau Pa Sat.
Lively area during the weekend. I was not bothered but some might find the nearby bars loud.

We had the best stay in KESA hotel. The location was superb, it was closeby with most place we wanted to visit which has been super helpful as everything was walkable. The whole experience has been great. We'll stay here again for sure!

My favorite property by far while I stayed in Singapore. There was a plethora of dining options, easy access to transportation, and very convient location for a very good price. The rooms were clean and very comfortable.

Walking distance to a few hawker food centers. Room was compact but very functional. Nice to have a lounge area and kitchenette. Will stay here again next time in Singapore.

Great location; check in was quick and easy. WiFi worked smoothly and refillable water jugs were provided with free water in the communal kitchen. However, the room was small and awkwardly set up. There is no room for a table, so I had to open my suitcase on the floor, which there was barely any room for. You also have to take a couple steps down into the bathroom which is inconvenient and becomes a tripping hazard in the middle of the night. This is also the first hotel I’ve stayed in that does not provide soap to wash your hands. When I asked about laundry (there is one washer and one dryer for the entire hotel) and if I could exchange bills for $1 coins for the laundry, the man just said that they are a cashless hotel. He failed to mention that you have to buy a token for $5 to use the token machine.

This hotel was super convenient and location was perfect. Super close to Maxwell and China town. The room was tight and not a lot of storage space, but for the price, it was fine. I'd recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.
