Okay, but not okay for the price.
Pros:

Room walls were really damaged, my room had so bad internet to the point I couldn’t even go on google. AC worked for 5 mins and turned off out of nowhere. When I first came in, the carpet was wet.

Horrible
Pros:

The fire alarm came on more than twice during my stay it was so loud and scary then when leaving a staff member asked my husband to kill a huge water bugg walking up the hall my stay was an absolutely terrible experience 🫣🫣😞
Also the staff tried to double charge me for an extra day

Pros:

I liked the private side handicap entrance we have a 7yr old in a wheelchair, even though we stayed on the 2nd floor it was very convenient to use the elevator he Loved the warm indoor pool.

Cons:

Kid friendly ❤️ Handicappe accessible easy check in No Hassles at all.

Pros:

I loved the staff. They were sweet and helpful. The rooms were clean and nice. They have a spa/pool that we didn't get to experience but it looked nice and clean. They do have an elevator as well to help you get to the upper rooms. But overall very great!

Both customers service has two different opinions for checking in and checking out .I booked 2 rooms.First check in service was okay to use third party card only charge me one card for 1 room only, not the other room and left me with the other half of the bill while I was checking out . Lil bit disappointed

Unsafe - staff on drugs or just very very weird
Pros:

Nothing. The staff ruined anything that may have been good about this "stay" and I say "stay" because I ended up leaving in the middle of the night because the staff (who was clearly on drugs) kept bothering us and waking us up.

Cons:

Need to seriously re evaluate their staff. Would not stop calling and coming to the room (in the middle of the night) while we were both asleep. First said it was because of a noise complaint (we were sleeping) then said it was because their was a problem with payment (payment cleared - checked my banking app) then wanted another copy of my ID bc "someone with the same name checked in." When I left early they lied to booking.com and said I was a no show.
