We were charged 2 times for an extra 100$ against damages. It was ultimately not collected, however quite a surprise that this was their process.

Horrible worst experience
Pros:

The only OK thing was the breakfast and the lady working in the morning she was sweet. The location was nice. Coffee availibility 24 hours was nice.

Cons:

The lady that checked me in was a mess since first check in she ruined my stay. She almost checked me in to the wrong reservation and was trying to charge me when I had already paid. She was horrible. the pool had tooooo much chlorine, the rooms and facility were too old (you can hear it all) thin walls. There was no conditioner when I hopped in the shower. The beds were horrible Im big so i thought the bed was gonna break.

Unprofessional and dont care for their guests
Pros:

The reservation was for 2 queen bed instead we were told someone overstayed and they only have one room available with king bed. Super disappointed

Cons:

The business practices of giving convince to guest who overstayed and not compensation or adjustment for guest whose reservation waa changes with their knowledge. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL and I wrote two email to property management and NO RESPONSE.

Pros:

Employees were very friendly.

Cons:

The TV wouldn't go to full screen, it stayed on the greeting screen with the show playing in the middle.we didn't even let employees know about it.

Nice stay!
Pros:

The staff was really friendly. My family had a really good time. Nice time at the pool. We would be back if we come back to the Fresno area.

Cons:

Wifi was in and out, but the staff notified me when we checked in. The welcome screen would not close on the TV, but we were still able to watch it.

We always have good experience with male employee during the day and this old lady at night just being so rude , always talk with attitude , oh god I can’t even describe everytime we ask for sometime always ignore and pretend she didn’t hear us
