This stay has been one of the best in Fresno by far.
Pros:

The location was lovely and peaceful it was right by a target. Everything was pretty close by and the pool was amazing as it was open until midnight. The gentleman in the front desk were absolutely amazing they were really friendly and made the overall stay memorable.

Was okay stay for the night. Nothing special.
Pros:

They had an indoor heated pool, perfect to swim in. The bathroom had good lighting for makeup. The checkout time came in handy. A/C worked well. Blinds kept light out very good

Cons:

Room was very small. The tv didn’t work! We only got one channel and remote wasn’t working. Staff was okay… they were clearly not in the best mood.

Cons:

We booked two rooms through Booking.com, each with two queen beds, for four adults and four children. However, when we arrived at the hotel in the evening for check-in, we were told that only one of our reserved rooms was available. Instead of the second room with two queen beds, we were offered a room with only one king bed.
The manager (I have attached his business card) could not explain why our confirmed reservation had not been honored. He only apologized and said he was sorry. Because of this, we had no choice but to leave and spend the evening searching for another hotel for our family.
This was an extremely stressful and disappointing experience, especially while traveling with children. We cannot recommend this hotel because confirmed reservations were not respected, and no reasonable solution was offered.

Clean but very noisy environment
Pros:

Easy free parking, clean property, kind breakfast staff

Cons:

Very noisy from the nearby highway. I only stayed 1 night, convenient but if you want to come for a good rest, this is not the place. I asked for another room, but apparently the other rooms were even more noisy according to the staff.
