It was ok hotel but would not go again for the price.
Pros:

The staff and the quietness.

Cons:

The room had some odor when first entering. The AC is old model and cannot change blow direction. The bathroom bath tub area is not clean or with something like mold. The shower lotion was missing, instead, there were two shampoo bottles. The trash can is too small. The lighting is barely satisfying.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Mrs. Wendy and Jess were amazing walking me through all my check in questions. The pool was luke warm indoor and my kids enjoyed it.

Easy and conveinent
Cons:

Had requested early check in, which was not avaialbe. Front desk staff was super helpful though and I had some time to kill so I went for breakfast and when I came back and an upgraded suite was available and i got situated nicely.

It’s was a horrible experience

Cons:

The beds were horrible, springs in your back all night, you can hear everything in the hallways, the food was cold for breakfast, the room was not clean when we checked in.

Good price, clean room, and super friendly staff
Pros:

I was passing through Fresno and decided to stay at this hotel for a couple days. The more cleaner rooms in the area were pricey for the week and this one looked the cleanest and decently priced. I was right when I arrived and they even offered breakfast every morning for my stay. What stood out the most to me was the friendly staff, everybody I encountered was so nice and accommodating I had no problems throughout my stay. I would def come back over here hoping my next stay will be just as smooth as the first time !
