Pros:

Awful service. Night manager (the bigger sized guy) is one of the rudest ustomer service people I've ever met. For example, he will cut the call halfway through if you call reception, if he doesn't feel like speaking to yoy. Hotel is on the side alley by an extremely popular cinema theatre so there is constant noise and often the road is blocked (by police due to crowd) or full of traffic. Please stay away from this place. There are plenty of other better options in Chennai.
