The front desk service was kind the room was clean a bit muggy and smelled like mildew needed to be aired out but overall clean

Staff was great and this location is clean!

Clean room. Updated decor. Loud neighbors unfortunately, but overall it was great and a good deal!

Clean comfortable room.

The room smelled of smoke and roaches. There were also signs of bed bugs. We ended up not even staying the night.

It was nice quite, clean and the staff are friendly!

Absolutely perfect

My wife and I rented a room here last weekend, first the stick us in the rear of the property where all the full time people living there stay (after harassing my wife to rent a room for a week). Then we get into the room where they is no toliet paper, no trash can or not towels. Then once we went to sleep and woke up for rest room the roaches started showing their self’s. I took many videos and showed the property manager in the morning, where I was told apparently we was given some sort of discount for something were still unclear about. Horrible experience!

We visit Kentucky all the time and this place is very good and convenient

the room was a nice size, clean & comfortable bed...coffee provided at the office.

They charge deposit, which is ok. Then charge a $5.00 fee ( non returnable) for using your credit card for the deposit. Never see that before.

This hotel was a revamped motel by Redroof Inns. The room wouldn’t seal correctly so it was very humid all of the time. There were clean sheets on the bed, one chair to sit in, a nice dresser, large TV, and the bathroom area was nice. Only one trashcan in the room. We ended up placing it in the bathroom. No fan in the bathroom - made it difficult to get dry after a shower. Staff was friendly.

Nothing special typical older hotel of past that could use updating. Lots of restaurants stores surrounding area, I spent a few nights and was able to relax and get sleep. Nice front desk and older couple doing room cleaning. I would stay again if I was passing through and needed to rest from long drive

My wife and I needed a bed to sleep in for a couple nights while visiting family in the area. This Red Roof Inn delivered. The staff was friendly and the room had been recently remodeled. No concern for safety as the area was well lit and staff visibly present. We would stay again.

Staff was very friendly and the room was very nice. We would stay here again. It might look old on the outside but nice on inside. Made my dog welcomed. It also had toilet seat for the little ones built into the regular toilet lid.

The room was hot when we got there. Had to turn on the AC and wait for room to cool down. Very irritating!

This is a beautiful, clean Red Roof Inn. It’s been fully renovated and very comfortable. The best part was it is a distance from I 75 so you didn’t hear road noise.

Very nice room. Spacious, clean and looked like recently renovated. It was a great room. Check in was quick and easy and staff was friendly and helpful
