We really enjoyed our stay in Otavalo. The decoration in the hostal is really pretty, we liked it, our room was cosy. The personal were always available and helpful. Food was really good. The hostal is really well situated, you can walk around the center, easy to go get a bus too. Thank you very much. It was amazing:)

Great location. Comfortable beds. Hot shower. Wifi. Simple delicous breakfast. Convenient to leave luggage at storage while shopping at the market. Local bus stops close by to take to Peguche waterfalls or bus terminal.

The people who run this hostel are very friendly and helpful! If we visit Otavalo again, we'll definitely stay there.

Very cute place in a really good location, with a lot of cute decor character as well. The restaurant connected to it had really good food at great prices, their Pizza was unexpectedly GOOD. Glad we stayed here.

Es acordé al precio, lugar sencillo para hospedarse a un bajo costo, limpio, lo único malo es que no respetan los términos de la reservación con Expedia, incluso se molestaron porque Expedia me dio un precio más bajo y no me querían respetar los costos ni tampoco incluirme el desayuno, siendo que lo había pagado, ya molestos me respetaron el precio y de la nada me cobraron el estacionamiento, cómo para compensar en costo señalando que el estacionamiento tenis un costo diario y por día, además incluso señalando que si no estaba de acuerdo ya no encontraría hotel en otro lugar de otavalo por la hora y porque había fiesta, lo que ocasiono un chek in desagradable

Quiet. Good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Well located and price per night was reasonable.

Quiet and clean room with comfortable beds. Location is close to market. Onsite parking is free and secure. Staff speak very little English. Bring a paper copy of your confirmation as they had troubles locating our reservation. Free breakfast was at neighboring restaurant - you get the basic American option (eggs, toast, etc.).

I loved the rustic style woodwork, bright colors of the walls, authentic decor, natural lighting, and comfortable rooms and common areas. Staff were very nice, helpful, friendly. Towels were worn out but condition of all else was excellent.

Good location, great price, Excellent service, vey kind and polite personnel, nice building, and confy rooms. Only thing I would have liked to be better is the bathroom. Too small, specially for foreign visitors
