Staff very attentive, polite and it was very clean. Food and drinks were excellent!
The only pointer I had was that the rooms were very warm
The hotel itself was lovely and most staff were friendly
Bed uncomfy, maybe they need to turn the matress, feather pillows is a no, first time i have been to a hotel with feathered pillows.
Good location, cozy was a good description
Room temperature
Air conditioning wasn't working room was very hot and bathroom was also very hot. Could not sleep. We wish to complain.
Lovely property .

Easy parking and visually I nice hotel.
Everything felt a little tired. Bedroom window could hardly open. An internal door couldn’t shut completely. No toilet brush to clean the toilet. Just felt like it needs some love.
The hotel is clean and the rooms are of a decent size
The decoration in places needed a refresh (not picking)
The property is great. Plenty of parking, good gym facilities (for a hotel gym), staff are very friendly. The breakfast was great.
I always say you have to make your own judgment with your own experience but in this case, I do have to agree with some of the reviews. The room was rather small for a queen as when I booked we only had the choice of a double or a queen. I did expect it to be a bit bigger. The bulky table at the end of the bed means you couldn’t walk around your bed unless you went sideways and I’m not a big lad. The pillows looked great but once your head was on them, they became wafer thin. And the walls are PAPER THIN. Hearing what sounded like warthogs dying at half twelve in the morning was not my idea of a good night sleep.
Staff were very good particularly Paul the night manager who was very helpful and the bar staff Saturday lunchtime.
Room was large and very clean with comfortable beds.
Generally scruffy with confusing layout- main access from the car park is a fire exit which wasn’t locked at night. I’d have get unsafe staying alone.
EV charging didn’t work.
Bar terrace is clean but grotty with poor views and old seating and large ash trays.
No proper mirror at the dressing table.
Room ok,breakfast ok,bed ok
No lift, stairs not suitable for person with physical impair
Needed a lift as not every one is good with stairs
Good
Good all round and good value Building and grounds very attractive. All well above expectations.
Breakfast was ok, good choices, but not particularly well cooked. Otherwise no complaints at all.
