Cons:

Spa and pool was really busy any time i tried to use it.

Room was very tired looking and blinds looking into the bathroom were broken so could see through. The shower would only either go really cold or scolding. I also had a spider/ cobweb in the bathroom and a ladybird in the curtains.

Room was above the exit/entrance door to the carpark and was a firedoor so slammed anytime someone came in or out so a very sleepless few nights even despite using Earplugs

Lovey good and drink, relaxing, would definitely go again.
Pros:

Lovely hotel, nice staff, breakfast was outstanding

Cons:

Rooms are to hot! We only had a small window and it didn’t open very far so not much air to circulate, if the rooms were cooler then it would have been 10 out of 10!

Lovely hotel in a beautiful setting with great facilities and, mostly, extremely polite and helpful staff.
Pros:

Beautiful setting and well kept. The rooms were very nice too - plenty of space.

Cons:

The restaurant was closed for the week and we weren’t told that when our table booking was accepted. We ate in the bar, off the restaurant menu, which was adequate but it would have been nice to know beforehand. Bar staff were excellent on our first night (24th) but the young woman was a bit ‘sniffy’ about us eating off the restaurant menu on our second night and although she used the polite script to talk to us, her body language was very negative and we all felt that she was annoyed that we weren’t using the bar menu.
