Totally amazing
Pros:

The facilities are amazing, the value for money is unbeatable, and everyone working there is incredibly kind and welcoming. The food is absolutely spectacular — honestly, just spectacular.

Great location and great staff..
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. You can choose one meal from their breakfast menu and the sandwich was very good. The staff was very friendly and the pool is amazing. The location is great.. 5 min walk to keramas beach and surfing breaks.

Cons:

The bedroom didn't have small fridge where we could buy water, fruits and drinks. A small fridge would be great addition to the bedroom. The bedroom is quite small but for a surfer is big enough. The bathroom is quite spacious but full of insects and little crabs. I don't mind much but my partner complained a bit. I was told that the water dispenser had cold water but it was warm or boiling.. not cold.

The info on the description was not completer or honest. Would not recommend stayng.

The bed was great but that is all

Cons:

The bathroom is open air!! it is included in the room but no a/c and when it rains the rain comes through the ceiling andthe floor and anythingyou left on the floor is wet! there were several downpours at night and the floor was covered with bugs. Very hot and humid in the bath as you are outside This info Open Air Bathroom is not included on the description and if it was I would not have stayed there. Breakfast was NOT good at all. Need lessons on how to cook. The room is too small. No place to put your suuitcase. The entire room is taken up by the bed.

Close to the beach , clean and comfortable .
Pros:

It is close to the beach , the staff were very helpful and the room was clean and comfy . Shower was hot and bathroom was big .

Ich frage mich wirklich wie hier die sternevergabe gelaufen ist.
Bettwäsche, Bäder und Handtücher waren nicht sauber. Boden im Pool war glitschig.

Perfect spot for surfing Keramas
Pros:

Estive na Villa para surf em Keramas. Perfeita localização, alguns metros da praia. Quarto confortável. Tem restaurante no hotel o que facilita demais para lanche, jantar. Tem tb o próprio café da manhã. Com certeza voltarei na próxima oportunidade que estiver por perto. Agradeço a equipe muito solícita ! Terimah kasi !!
