A good location for Keramas.
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Great location for Keramas beach. Pool was nice and the property was clean with good facilities.

Cons:

We felt the property lacked a bit of character and not quite as portrayed online. There only a few sun beds and not a swim up bar. We booked for 4 people but only two were included for breakfast. Then other coffees etc were charged on top.

Pros:

Staff were really attentive and the pizzas were delicious. The rooms are comfy, and spotlessly clean. But overall, the best thing about the hotel is the manager. Also, the pool is small but very well appointed.
It's only a short walk to the ocean,, where there's a great warung, right on the beach. Don't bother going to the nearby Australian owned beach club, where the food is terrible, and really expensive. Instead, support a local business!

Pros:

My best experience of the place was the staff, extremely courteous and helpful

Cons:

Even though i kept putting the towel aside for replacement, rhe cleaning staff would keep hanging it back or leave it on my Chair.. Maybe you can introduce some guidelines on if the guest wants the towels to be changed then where should they put it.

Would recommend to friends and family wanting to visit this area
Pros:

Nice size resort. Not too big and the staff were great. Excellent breakfasts that were included in our price. Stayed 5 nights.

Cons:

We arrived at about 1:30 in the morning and the Security guard couldn’t find our room - took about 30 mins. Air conditioner didn’t work so the next day we were moved to a different room. Staff were very good and accommodating.
