A magical place where history comes alive
Pros:

The little location is wonderful. It's on top of a hill, surrounded by other hotels, yet private and quiet. My room was spacious and tasteful. It felt like being in a castle.

Pros:

It was our first time in Turkey, and we were deeply touched by the hospitality here. It truly felt like a home far away from home.

The team replied to our questions very quickly, waited patiently for our late arrival, and even prepared a homemade Turkish breakfast that felt so personal and sincere. The free-roaming animals around the property made the place feel alive and comforting, just like a village home.

Our room was wonderfully warm despite the cold weather outside, with heated floors that made such a difference. During our departure, they continued to help us until the very end, which we truly appreciated.

Even though we couldn’t see the hot air balloons because of the rain, we will always carry the warmth of their hospitality in our hearts. Such a beautiful hotel and such beautiful people.

Thank you so much, all the way from our island, Bali 🤍🌴

Excellent with the exception of being intimidated

Perfect stay for the perfect holiday,

Cons:

Intimidate by Ensar, night receptionist who forced conversation in my accomodation and insisted a coffee date on the terrace. I felt highly uncomfortable as a single woman and avoided movement on the premises to avoid further interaction. This is not great and tainted the overall experience.
