A very nice place with lovely rooms and location
Pros:

Neat and clean well made and sprawling property . Good staff Osman particularly who was managing F&B . The rooms were authentically carved out from stone caves.

Cons:

It does not have restaurant service so one has to go some distance from the hotel to even sit for a cup of coffee

The location of this property was excellent! Everything was walking distance. The property was easy to get around. Staff very courteous. Was willing to help and helped us with a non-resort issue

Cons:

no elevators. More things should hv been included like a resort credit for free drink per day at this price point

ギョレメの高台にあるためとても静か。
テラスからの眺めが素晴らしい。

Cons:

洞窟ホテルという構造上仕方ないのかもしれないが
トイレとペーパーホルダーが水平のため使いづらい。

Such a clean hotel, daily housekeeping , fresh breakfast spread. Osman was very helpful throughout our stay. Will come next time and will stay there again.

Brilliant stay with the most lovely staff
Pros:

The property is stunning, set into the hillside with the most fabulous view o er town and only a short 7 minute stroll down to hill to town. Staff were fabulous and so helpful with all our questions, they sorted tours and transfers for us whenever we needed. The rooms are exceptional, it's like staying in a cave palace

最高👍
Pros:

夜遅い時や朝早い時も、フロントツアーの相談などに乗ってもらえて助かりました。
テラスから見る風景も素晴らしい。
親子猫が部屋に入って遊んだりくつろいでくれるのが、猫好きにはたまらなく嬉しかったです。坂の上にあるので、足腰が弱くならないうちに来れてよかった。

В готелі було чудово все: прекрасні краєвиди (хочеться фотографувати кожний куточок), чудові колоритні кімнати з усіма зручностями. Все продумано до дрібниць. Персонал дуже привітний та доброзичливий.
Єдиний мінус - це несмачні сніданки. Звичайно, це не змогло перекреслити нам хороше враження від перебування, але готелю варто було б змінити меню на кухні
