Brilliant stay with the most lovely staff
Pros:

The property is stunning, set into the hillside with the most fabulous view o er town and only a short 7 minute stroll down to hill to town. Staff were fabulous and so helpful with all our questions, they sorted tours and transfers for us whenever we needed. The rooms are exceptional, it's like staying in a cave palace

Pros:

夜遅い時や朝早い時も、フロントツアーの相談などに乗ってもらえて助かりました。
テラスから見る風景も素晴らしい。
親子猫が部屋に入って遊んだりくつろいでくれるのが、猫好きにはたまらなく嬉しかったです。坂の上にあるので、足腰が弱くならないうちに来れてよかった。

В готелі було чудово все: прекрасні краєвиди (хочеться фотографувати кожний куточок), чудові колоритні кімнати з усіма зручностями. Все продумано до дрібниць. Персонал дуже привітний та доброзичливий.
Єдиний мінус - це несмачні сніданки. Звичайно, це не змогло перекреслити нам хороше враження від перебування, але готелю варто було б змінити меню на кухні

Отдыхали в конце мая , 5 человек (3 взрослых и 2 детей). Было чисто , уютно , завтрак очень вкусный и разнообразный. Территория очень красивая и зеленая. Очень близко от многих классных мест. Персонал доброжелательный. Приехали в 11:00 и даже детям дали перекусить чай и печенье. Каждый день уборка , новые полотенце и принадлежности.

Cons:

Просили раннее заселение , но сказали невозможно, а мы были с маленьким детьми. И когда приехали попросили поздний выезд , но сказали нужно в 11:00 выехать , но при этом заехать в меньше номер за дополнительную плату 210 евро. Мы согласились учитывая что 2 детей. Но когда настал тот день мы выселялись в 11:00 , но сказали что другой наш номер не готов. Думали в 14:00 освободится так как заселение в 14:00, но когда пришли в 14:00 сказали ждать еще мин 20-30. Этим мы остались недовольны , так как заплатили 210 евро за то чтоб поспали дети с 15:00 до 17:30(уже выехали)

Unique rooms and lovely staff make this a worthwhile stay
Pros:

Beautiful, spacious room, staff were 10/10, breakfast delicious and lots of options, room / bathroom cleaned and beautifully presented every day, cute cats, nice views

Cons:

A little up the hill but no issue really. The rooftop terrace bar was closed for the duration of our stay which felt like a bit of a waste of the view, would be so nice to have a coffee up there at sunrise or a drink in the evening!

Amazing stay in Cappadocia!
Pros:

This place was the perfect base when staying in Cappadocia! The hotel is located just up the road from Goreme down town and you can easily walk into town in 10 minutes or so. It is also only a 4 minute walk from popular restaurant Seten. We were very comfortable in our room and especially appreciated the underfloor heating when days were colder/ wetter.
The rooms were cleaned and tidied daily and toiletries and water were also replaced where used.
The breakfast has a nice variety and bread was always fresh.
The staff are so kind and attentive and truly go above and beyond. I’d like to say a special thank you to Ahmet, who kindly drove me to town at the last minute, and the entire reception team, who went above and beyond to help us secure a balloon ride after days of cancellations due to poor weather.
This was a special birthday trip for both me and my mum and the staff at Lunar Cappadocia Hotel helped us to make it as memorable as possible. I would highly recommend staying here when visiting the area!
