Pros:

Bonne localisation. Chambre confortable. Bonne communication par Whatsapp.

Cons:

Personnel très peu existant. Au final les vélos sont payants et nous avons voulu les louer pour 1h c’était le même prix que pour la journée..

Cons:

The signs to the hotel have legend spelt wrong which was confusing (even to our driver). Although it is close to the centre of hoi an it is in a maze of alleyways which are very easy to get lost in.
Upon arrival my husband recieved unsolicited comments on his ezcema and the receptionist was annoyed that we had already been to a (recommended by others) tailor and was telling us we had been ripped off (based on online research and friends experiences we had not…)
We were told our laundry would be ready at 2pm - it was not ready until 10am the following day
Very bizarrely we received a whatsapp message one afternoon at 2:45pm demanding we return to the hotel by 3:30pm(!!!) to pay for the laundry and also the taxi to the airport the next day.
Room was never cleaned
Overall we felt uncomfortable and would not recommend

Pros:

Close enough to explore around Hoi An and far away enough from the loud pubs in the touristy areas. Everything was in walking distance - we enjoyed walking to and from places while staying here.
