Nice rooms, walkable to restaurants and locations of interest. We were a group of 8 people and the hotel met our needs.
Pros:

The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was great for $14. There were lots of restaurants around within walking distance.

Cons:

We had one car that didn’t have the height clearance for the hotel car park. We needed 7ft clearance. The staff were not helpful with assisting us to find a suitable car park. It took us 2 hours to find a car park which was a 15 minute drive away and inconvenient. It was extremely disappointing that they were not helpful with this issue. For this reason I would not stay there again.
There were also a lot of homeless people around the park and street across the hotel. Even though we were not bothered by anyone, I wouldn’t not recommend walking around on your own at night.

Handy place to stay
Pros:

This is a good hotel experience, complemented by a very handy location for our visit's purpose (traveling to Jean Drapeau Park). Love easy access to Metro, IGA/shops, parking. Also entry way to St Catherine and great view.

מלון ממש יפה שראוי לציון 10!!! חדרים מהממים , מודרניים ,מרווחים וונוחים מאוד , ניקיון ברמה גבוהה , מיקום נח , סמוך לתחנת המטרו, צוות יוצא מן הכלל.,ניתן להתחבר ליוטיוב ויש ערוצי ספורט .

Good hotel, didn’t like the location
Pros:

The hotel is in great shape and the staff were great. I think this location is suboptimal with a lot of homeless around and drug users stumbling around. I’d expect a hostel to be located here, not a Hyatt.

Did like the IGA next stores dm Lulu’s is great for brekkie.

I expected more from Hyatt. We won’t be coming back here. Much better hotels in Montreal for same price or cheaper.
