Pros:

Midden in de stad en goed ontbijt

Cons:

Tijdens ons verblijf waren er veel Amerikaanse jongeren die het oktoberfest vierden. Zij waren erg luidruchtig ‘ s nachts.

Would pick a different hotel for a family stay.
Pros:

the location is sketchy, right across the street from a crackhead park. Breakfast was good. Pool was good but needed to be cleaned, sauna was nice but was unsafe with exposed screws, so you had to be careful, but the sauna was nice and big.

Cons:

The room was a little bit sub par for cleanliness, had hairs in the bathroom.
There was a HUGE group of College students visiting from USA for Octoberfest and they were drunk and rowdy and the line ups for the elevators were really bad and it took a long time to get anywhere within the hotel.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner, vraiment quelconque (œufs brouillés secs, pains et viennoiseries ordinaires, très peu de choix ) et le fait qu’on doive débarrasser sa table comme à la cantine ! De plus, l’hôtel accueillait de très nombreux étudiants pour tout le week-end qui ont fait beaucoup de bruit toutes les nuits et qui nous ont empêché de dormir. Je déplore que la direction de l’hôtel ne les ai pas mieux rappelé à l’ordre. Nous étions là pour nous reposer, c’était raté !

Hôtel plutôt bien situé pour visiter Montréal.
Pros:

Bonne situation en ville.
Chambre propre et literie confortable.
Personnel d’entretien poli et efficace.

Cons:

Parking ne pouvant pas accueillir les gros SUV.
L’information n’avait pas été donnée.
La solution se trouve au Parking de la Grande Bibliothèque 2 fois moins cher. Accès par l’Avenue Savoie.

J’ai passé un séjour fantastique au Hyatt hotel de Montréal et j’y reviendrai certainement.
Pros:

Le professionalisme et la gentillesse du personnel sont exemplaires. Je me suis toute de suite sentie comme en famille.

Cons:

Tout etait tres bien, mention speciale pour le petit dejeuner et la piscine chauffée.

Au total je ne regrette pas mais c'est différent de ce que j'avais imaginé

Nous avons eu une super chambre 2702 digne d'un grand hôtel même si l'éclairage du salon laissait à désirer (insuffisant) et si l'aménagement avec cuisine etc... ne correspondait pas vraiment à nos besoins et si le canapé est très ramolli
Le prix m'a semblé abordable pour une suite de cette qualité

Cons:

Et bien ce qui était perturbant c'est l'absence quasi totale de service, l'arrivée par le parking souterrain très très bas de plafond, l'absence de salle de restaurant, le petit déjeuner qui se termine très tôt, pas de Laundry. C'était pas vraiment un hôtel mais une sorte d'appart hôtel

Our experience at the Hyatt Place Downtown Montreal could have been rated quite highly but its rating on resolving a minor client problem failed on every level.
Any business of quality should have customer satisfaction at their highest priority and this was not the case at this facility. When I arrived in French speaking Montreal, I was offered
parking in their adjacent garage and I agreed to use the facility for our 6 night stay. I did not move the car for the duration of our stay but when we were ready to depart and I went to load the
car and I found it had been damaged. I reported the incident to the garage personnel and was pointed to a sign that they were not responsible. There was a language barrier in trying to get some
additional support from the garage people and I took my complaint to the hotel management who handled all of the payment. I spoke to a manager that offered little more than a weak apology, "no
let me contact the police, no let me contact garage personnel, no offer to even refund the parking fee. She claimed it was basically not their problem and the garage claimed it was not their problem..
Well let it be known,that if a major player in the hotel industry cannot resolve a fender bender issue in a garage that they receive fees from their clients, they cannot be counted on to manage any
major problems and/or crisis for any of their personnel and this will be my last stay at a Hyatt, because with service like this who would chose to put themselves or possessions at risk.

To be honest, there was nothing special but I’m on a business trip and it’s fine but the price is where not worthwhile

Cons:

I asked for a late checkout and wanted to pay for it explaining that I’m overseas traveling with a late flight , two times I asked, but they were not able to reply until the last minute, even if I’m going to pay, accepted because it’s our otel policy, but there are more hospital choices.

Reception staff were rude and restaurant staff not much better
Waited 4 hours from 3pm for a check in - manager handled it well and gave us free parking and breakfast for one morning but the way it was handled in the first place was disappointing
