Pros:

The property is located centrally, was clean and had good facilities. The staff were very curtious as well.

Awesome hotel stay
Pros:

Rooms were clean and well maintained. All the staff were friendly, professional and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was very good and the staff were very friendly and efficient at the restaurant. The location was good with lots of restaurants nearby and also a grocery store in the area. Hotel had onsite parking which was a big plus for us. Will definitely come back again in future when visiting Montreal.

Cons:

We were a family of 4 but only 3 towels were provided. Request for an additional bath towel on the day of check-in was not completed. Had to request again next day which was then provided. Other than that no other issues. Parking area is bit tight but since it is downtown area so its understandable.

Its vibe outside, many homeless, inside, its elevators are not enough, waiting is normal

This was a great hotel. I would totally stay here again if I return to Montreal.
Pros:

The location was close to a lot of cute cafes and restaurants which was nice. It was also walkable to the old port area, a bit of a long walk but doable. Ubers were readily available as well. The park across the street was nice-we even got to see a community Karaoke party.

Cons:

We liked everything.

Pros:

The hotel exceed my expectations in terms of the amenities, the food, the space in the rooms, proximity to tourist destinations, just everything!

Cons:

The wait to get the rooms close together was a bit long, but still worth the wait.

Great location, very walkable and a train station right at the hotel which was super convenient

Cons:

The shower was not the most clean. The shower head was caked in lime and the grout had not really been cleaned
