Nice hotel. Basic amenities. The staff was friendly. I love the lobby/foyer area which is a nice open area with lots of seating for socializing. I would stay there again.

I stay here whenever we have medical issues and we’re 3 hours away. It’s clean and quiet. Close to shopping, dining and entertainment. The breakfast is awesome as is Claudia who works her tail off during the week!

Drain to the shower was clogged and gunk would come up from the drain since it was clogged which was uncomfortable and pretty gross. Food has been better in previous stays. I feel like they may be using different food vendors or brands and it makes a difference.

Great staff! Clean rooms and great location-lots of shopping and dining 2 minutes away. Claudia in the breakfast buffet is awesome. She’s constantly working. Will stay here again!

Review all the negative reviews first. These are probably factual! The actual photos of the rooms are AI generated on the website and they’re very quick to blame 3rd parties for this! Staff attitude was disgraceful the rooms were filthy I mean 1950s decor and stained floors! The smell of damp is terrible! oh and make sure you bring protection against bug bites! If you’re using a 3rd party app to book this place DON’T do it. The pool has Air conditioning mouldy water dripping in it! Look closely at their own photo of the pool. It was soo shocking didn’t even have breakfast got out of there ASAP! Expedia refunded me too.
