Worst Experience Ever!

This is simple, if you plan to visit Sandusky OH or Cedar Point Amusement Park do not (I repeat) DO NOT ATTEMPT to stay here. My whole family walked into 3 rooms.. and refused to stay, they kept the $ and refused a return because we took more than 10 minutes to look over 3 rooms. What a waste of time dealing with this location or these people! Yes you… Ovi-Brandy & Hazel! Keep my $300 and buy yourself some pride! Old blood on sheets, sh t on toilets, nasty living conditions! BBB was contacted!

hotel is worn and outdated, little bit of dirt and yuck but it is minutes from cedar point and cheap price

Cons:

Beds need softer and get thicker blankets. if stay in summer be ready to have to push hard to get door open because no air flow in halls

The price for the hotel was nice and only 12 mins or so from cedar point. Also the breakfast spot was pretty good too

This is the most NASTIEST hotel I’ve even been too. My family and I had to book a completely new hotel because of how nasty it was. Now there manager will not give me a full refund. Do not stay here if you are coming from out of town I REPEAT DO NOT STAY. SAVE YOUR MONEY

Never again will I stay at this hotel

This was the nastiest place I’ve ever stayed I booked for 3 adults we had two towers a wash cloth and a hand towel. No soap and lots of bugs! The sink and tub was full of bugs there were roaches and the bed sheets were filthy. I dare say they had not been washed. I was told it was non smoking and it reeks of pot. I was told they were completely booked when we checked in and because I was with late group I complained at check out. Staff apologized but upon inspection of the room staff told me they would not stay in that hotel. But never Ofer a refund or ever a partial refund. This place should have been reported to the board of health it was that bad. I have photos of the filth and bugs. I camp regularly and do sleep with that many bugs while camping. I’d be glad to share my photos. I would never recommend this place and will never stay again! I am on the fence about reporting them! They need to be I just am a busy person and it’s an inconvenience. I will see what this review reveals first. Oh they told me they cannot refund my money because I prepaid and booked through Priceline a third person party. This was not even worth $50.00 a night and I paid $150.00 a night. Like I said the staff who inspected the room advised he would not sleep there. They’re own employees

Worst hotel stay EVER!

Everything! This was by far the most awful hotel experience I’ve ever encountered. I’ve never seen such disgusting/filthy conditions. I would’ve been more comfortable sleeping on the street sidewalk. I took it upon myself to drive home 8 hours overnight instead of stay my 2nd night. This place should be investigated and shut down immediately. I honestly don’t know how they are still open for business. Absolutely pitiful!
