We missed breakfast. Totally our fault, but hopefully we can come back and enjoy ourselves at the hotel once again. Keep up the good work.

Disappointed by the lack of confort
Pros:

Great location near Outback steakhouse which was very convenient

Cons:

The Sofabed was old and unusable, I had to have my two teenage boys to sleep in the same queen bed.
The sofabed was actually the reason why we book that hotel in particular

The breakfast was good as well as the location.
We liked the breakfast.
The food served was diversified.

We saw some cockroaches in the room. The hotel needs to make every effort to eradicate cockroaches in the rooms.

Pros:

Staff was welcoming and pleasant. Room was clean. Bed was mostly comfortable but reaching it’s end with a bit of sagging in the middle. Overall, much better than the last Comfort Suites we stayed in, but for the broken toilet in this bathroom. We arrived late after a long drive and discovered much later that the toilet did not flush. Given the late hour we decided not to ask to change rooms but figured out that the cause of the malfunction was that the chain had broken off the flapper. To flush the toilet we had to reach into the dirty water of the tank and raise the flapper.
It seems reasonable that someone who would have cleaned the bathroom that day would have reported this problem to the manager.
Other than this problem our stay was OK.
