Pros:

Roof top bar was excellent. Very friendly helpful staff. Clean room with a street view. 5 minutes to darling harbour

Good location, terrible parking
Pros:

The rooms were nice

Cons:

The parking was terrible we were stuck in a multi story carpark in grid lock for 1 hour with no warning this might be the case.

Comfortable stay - would book again
Pros:

Location was close to all the sites we wanted to see. Easy to catch public transport. Clean and modern facilities. Helped that they had a restaurant/bar on the rooftop. Pool was nice too, although it can get a bit packed.

Cons:

Got locked out of our room twice during our stay due to our key not working. Not ideal but not the end of the world. When bathroom door is shut it is a small crack - you can see through to the shower. Something to keep in mind when rooming with friends. Bit of confusion regarding breakfast but was sorted.

Good selection for breakfast but confusion on the day with a tour group that had pre ordered and not enough staff to handle that and the others arriving.

Pros:

The rooftop bar was great. Our balcony/patio was exactly what we hoped for and worked out perfectly when we couldn't access the pool area. Special thanks to the staff for the advance communication ensuring that we would have twin beds and the balcony room even with late arrival.

Cons:

Pool area was overcrowded - could not access. Suggest scrapping the big cabana beds, put normal loungers and patio tables and chairs.

Pros:

Gute Lage ! Personal an der Reception sehr freundlich .. Parken im gegenüber liegenden Parkhaus möglich

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist schon relativ klein - aber was uns am meisten gestört hatte bzw was wir nicht nachvollziehen konnten , war , dass der Zimmerservice morgens unser Bett gemacht hatte, aber das Sofabett unserer Tochter nicht . An beiden Tagen nicht - das fanden wir , ging gar nicht - total unverständlich.
