Great location, well appointed rooms which are extremely quiet
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff and exceptionally appinted rooms.

Cons:

The rooftop area is lovely but under utilised. It’s a shame having the pool there with no access to the bar (which opens at 4:30pm).

Perfect location - close enough to the city. You can catch a tram just up the road to take you directly to the harbour

Nice decor, no rooftop bar on Mondays, Tuesdays
Pros:

Very new with great finishes. Very good bathroom and lighting. Lovely staff. Good breakfast and nice swimming pool.

Cons:

The rooftop bar is advertised but only opened 4 days a week. Huge disappointment. You have to get your drinks from the breakfast room and ask to get it delivered to the pool because you can’t walk in the hotel with your drink… overly complicated.

Make sure to call them to check your twin beds request has been received.

excellent location. Great staff
Pros:

Great position. Easy access to trains, tram etc and shops in central city

Cons:

We had 2 single beds and would have appreciated linen for a single bed. The doubled-over duvets and sheets were uncomfortable and got twisted in the night.
