-3박 4일 머물렀는데 시트 교체에 대한 설명이 그 어디에도 없었음. 3일째 낮에는 갈아줄 걸 예상 했으나 3일 내내 같은 침대시트를 사용함. 게다가 이 침대시트는 찢어져 있던거라 알 수 있었음. 찢어진 침대시트는 수많은 호텔 이용 중 처음 봄. 어디 안내 카드라도 책상 위에 있었다면 나갈 때 침대에 두면 시트 갈아주는게 나을 듯
-체크인 하자마자 여기저기 체크하는 편인데 세면대가 막혀 있어서 결국 전화해서 밤에 하우스키퍼가 와서 뚫어주고 감..
-페이셜 티슈가 아예 텅빈 채 나를 맞이함. 세면대 뚫어주는 직원에게 물으니 나더러 직접 하라함

싸지 않은 호텔이었는데 좀 아쉬움. 시드니 또 놀러가서 다시 예약할지는 잘 모르겠다. 그 주변에 선택지가 많은 편.

Perfect family room
Pros:

The room was perfect. Had a divider so we could have the baby in 1 section and us parents in the other. The miror on the door to the bathroom was awesome. Really enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

I had 1 poor customer service experience with a staff member otherwise everyone else was lovely.

Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable and nice overall. The staff were lovely and welcoming, and the cafe downstairs was also nice and the food there was good too.

Cons:

While we don't have any specific complaints, we were expecting a larger room and nicer facilities based on the photos we saw. It was clean and comfortable, but just a bit smaller than we had thought. A large reason we booked this particular hotel was for the rooftop bar and pool, which was also much smaller than anticipated and did not have a lot on offer in terms of food and drink.

Comfortable stay and nicely decorated welcoming staff.
Pros:

Good location with easy walking distance to the harbour and sights. Warm welcome from the reception and bar staff. Lovely, comfortable room. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool.

Cons:

Room was small, but its city centre so to be expected. No view. Wasn’t allowed to take our drink from the bar to the room.

Pros:

We loved mostly everything the heated pool was amazing the roof top bar was funky and fresh

Cons:

Didn't like that there wasn't much room at the rooftop bar and that we kinda needed to book if we wanted a table and no one told us that ,also the food menu was lacking i would have loved to see a few more small nibbles
The breakfast was kinda terrible my tomatoes were off on my smashed avo and there was no flavour at all fetta could have been crumbled as well . Wasn't a lot to choose from and after a big night out usually like a buffet style breakfast not being told 1 item hot 1 drink . Bath was also super small and no ventilation in bathroom so was unable to do hair after showering 🤔
