Poor staff
Cons:

I was quite disappointed with my stay. The staff were not friendly or welcoming, which made the experience uncomfortable from the start. On top of that, the room was not clean and did not meet basic expectations for hygiene. Considering the price, it definitely did not feel like value for money. I would not recommend staying here unless there are significant improvements, Mainly with the staffs and floor cleanliness.

No wear to sit and relax in the room other together other than the bed, we ordered room service and could only sit at the desk with 1 chair..

Sympathique dans l’ensemble
Pros:

L’emplacement très proche du CBD accessible à pied, l’espace de la chambre avec grande salle de bain, personnel très sympathique

Cons:

Pas de parking : nous avons dû aller nous garer dans un parking payant à 55$ la journée que nous avons dû rechercher nous même et pas à côté de l’hôtel car notre 4x4 ne passer pas en hauteur dans celui à côté
Petit déjeuner : très simple pour un prix élevé à notre goût (seulement 1 chose à manger et à boire) également nous avons rencontrer un problème de stock sur notre commande un matin sans information du personnel avant de passer commande et une mouche morte dans un banana bread
Le frigo : ne refroidissait pas correctement les boissons à l’intérieur sûrement un problème de fonctionnement

they charge us an additional $50 for car park , but the same car park is cheap if we pay in the car park is around $30 , so they are charging more for no reason and its only one entry and one exit , so its not value for money pay an additonal fee everyday for a carpark

Good hotel for a short stay in the city!
Pros:

Very well furnished property and had all the amenities for a short stay in Sydney.

Cons:

The only thing I would call out is the shower - water did leak out of the bottom of the shower for us. We had towels in the bathroom which we could put on the floor but it was a bit inconvenient.

It was the most affordable for when we went in February 2026 however I would still say it’s on the pricier side for a city stay!
