Everything was perfect
Staff were great, young lady training was very professional and will be an asset, the lovely lady training was efficient and friendly. The man who saw our room was ready was also wonderful a great team.
The location was fantastic everything we needed close by
Bed comfortable and clean for our 1 night stay.
The shower had no screen which was fine, it was a lovely shower though water went over the floor and only 1 bath floor mat which ended up soaking wet after our 2 showers. Had to try to wring out to hang up. Only 1 towel each supplied which wasn’t ideal, especially if wanted to wash hair. 2 black tea teabags supplied 4 would have been better as not everyone likes peppermint or green.
We went for a drink on the rooftop bar though waited 15 mins the cancelled order as seemed to forget and we had a show to get to. Bit of a shame as only about 6 other patrons there at the time.
But I guess staff are only human and thinking of lots of things. (?)
Very comfortable, right in the heart of the city, walking distance to everywhere..
Only the fact the bar upstairs wasn’t open being the Tuesday
Incredible Location, rooms were spacious and had everything you need for a city stay.
The pillows were awful, incredibly high and hard, unable to use them
It was close to the ticktok centre
The bed was 2 king single beds pushed together and they kept moving and made it really uncomfortable and their was a hairband on the shower and the tap for the shower is far away with the towel rack in the shower
The bathroom products were nice.
A very small room, breakfast time was chaos. We did not find it worth the money we paid at all. States "Darling Harbour" but was still a ways from the water.
Location was pretty good the top bar and pool with a view was awesome.
The room we thought would be just a little bit bigger but that’s okay.
They told us the pool was heated far from the truth outside was warmer.
A great location, and everybody I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean stocked with everything you could need. Good Stuff.
The only issue we had with the room was that the handheld shower head wasn't quite working and had barely any water pressure; beyond that, everything was aces.
The hotel was very well located for the purpose of my visit. The staff are wonderful and the amenities were exceptional.
Nothing everything was great
Great location to get to all the spots in the CBD. Right by the town hall light rail stop. Plenty of elevators and quiet rooms.
Biggest disappointment was no shower curtains so the water splashed outside the shower. The door to the bathroom was a sliding door and didnt fully close so shower could be seen from outside of the bathroom through that narrow opening. Terrible when sharing a room with friends. The twin beds would also roll pretty easily out of place. Room was a bit dusty and there was dust on the provided glasses as well.
Locations and amazing staff
Had a really great stay with my family, great location value for money.
The only downside is that children are not allowed to sit in the rooftop bar/restaurant but they are allowed in the adjacent pool area. As hotel guests it felt a bit strange being told we couldn't sit and just order some cokes and toasties.
