とてもアットホームな宿でした！
Pros:

クリスマスの時期に子供（７歳）と２泊しました。正直、駅から歩きましたが一度歩くと慣れます。遅くに到着しましたが温かく出迎えて下さって嬉しかったです。
部屋はワンルームマンションのイメージ。清潔です。ミニキッチン付きの部屋だったので自炊でお金を節約できました。
道路に近いのですが騒音など気になりませんでした。
次回東京に行くときも利用したいです。お世話になりましたm(__)m

Pros:

The staff were so kind and helpful, it's clean and well maintained, I stayed inn the Japanese style room which was very charming. Nice neighborhood, only issue is that it's a bit far from public transport, but the walk to Shinjuku is nice.

Pros:

受付の方々がとても親切にしてくださり、子どが安心して楽しく泊まれました。忘れ物したハンドタオルは洗って取っておいてくださり後日取りに行きました。畳でくつろげてお手頃で内装もきれいでコンビニ近く満足度が高かったです。強いて気になる点を挙げるとすれば、障子だったので朝日の明るさをカーテンで遮光出来たら良かったです。
