L'emplacement au bord du lac

Cons:

Le prix est trop élevé par rapport aux prestations, le petit déjeuner n'est pas inclu, cela fait une chambre à 350 euros la nuitée.

Bello hotel cuidado al detalle.
Pros:

Hotel pequeño, muy bonito y cuidado al detalle, al borde del lago lo que le confiere aún más carisma. Personal muy amable tanto en recepción como en el restaurante y desayuno. Camas comodísimas, ropa de cama y toallas de excelente calidad. Superó nuestras expectativas.

Cons:

Recomiendo que expliquen mejor cómo llegar en coche pues hay que entrar con el coche en la ciudad medieval y se necesita un código de acceso.

Pros:

GReat place and amazing staff. Sadly the restaurant was closed so it's a bit odd being in a hotel with no bar or food service at night.
Would have been nice to have a drink on our sun deck which has a fabulous view.
The beds are really hard and I know that's the case in Europe but these are really hard

Pros:

The location was perfect. Customer service of the staff was impeccable.
Room was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom on point.

Cons:

The only reason I'm marking it down by 1 star is because the room wasn't soundproof as advertised (you could hear people in other rooms and hallway) Also, I asked for a double bed in the classic room (which was provided) but they gave us 2 single duvets which was annoying.

Pros:

La vue exceptionnelle sur le lac, magnifique et grande chambre, gentillesse de tout le personnel et grande serviabilité.

Cons:

Choix du petit déjeuner très réduit pour le prix demandé.
