This is an amazing place to stay at. Myslef and my partner just finished a stay at Alpe DHuez and made our way down to watch Tour De France at Thonon-Les-Baines and then found this amazing hotel restaurant right in the lake . Amazing staff , food was unbelievable with dinner overlooking the lake and room was so comfortable and checkout is midday. Highly recommend .

Small but very nice hotel
Pros:

Lovely location and has a great (but not cheap) restaurant. Air conditioning was an absolute bonus.

Cons:

Communications about parking and whether or not you could drive your car down the steep "hill" past the barrier to drop your bags off were poor.

A great place to stay in a beautiful, well preserved, medieval town on the banks Lac Leman.
Pros:

The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly and on point. The reaturant food was very good. Lovely lake view from room.

Cons:

On arrival there was no help offered with luggage.
