Pros:

Emplacement excellent!

Cons:

Le soir vers 22.30hrs l’alarme incendie s’est déclenché. Malheureusement il n’y avait plus personne du personnel sur place. Personne n’était joignable au téléphone non plus. Les clients étaient laissés à eux-mêmes.
Le matin, à la réception, pas d’explications, juste une excuse, rien d’autre.
La sécurité et le bien-être des clients n’ont pas l’air d’être pris très au sérieux!

Excellent Restaurant
Pros:

Amazing view of lake Geneva from the balcony. Large well lit bathroom. Amazing restaurant with terrace views of the lake, very helpful staff. Lovely location for catching a ferry across lake Geneva.

Cons:

This is a restaurant with a few rooms above it. Not sure what the four stars is supposed to represent, but it wasn’t the room. The lighting in the room was awful - three spotlights on the wall, one directed at the bed. One table lamp didn’t work. Bed was too hard for us. Very difficult to find the restaurant as you have to drive though a gated entry and put a code in. We needed help from the receptionist.

Wonderful restaurant and helpful, kind staff.
Spotlessly clean.

Cons:

Complicated access down a pedestrian street to drop off luggage, but it was workable once we understood where we had to go

Posizione eccellente e servizi ottimi. Sia hotel che ristorante
Pros:

La migliore struttura del Paese .
Vista lago con aria condizionata (non presente in altre strutture concorrenziali).
Camere accoglienti forse un po’ moderne rispetto allo stile del Passe medioevale. Arredo stile ‘marino’ ma di gusto.
Danno parcheggio gratuito per ospiti che vale da 3 a 14 euro al giorno a seconda della posizione.
Si può lasciare auto per 20’ per lasciare le valigie poco fuori dalle mura a 300 metri dalla reception.
Per ristorante faccio recensione a parte.
