Pros:

good location

Cons:

Clogged sink, outdated bedroom and bathroom, and the shampoo dispenser fell off the wall while we were showering. The room does not look like the pictures advertised.

We would stay here again.
Pros:

The hotel was very quiet. We enjoyed the breakfast all 3 days. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

We were asked if we needed housekeeping since we were staying 3 nights. We said they could leave the bedding but we would like clean towels each day. We did not get new towels so the second day we asked again. Also, the refrigerator made a strange clicking noise which we noticed at night.

Pros:

Space was clean and staff was polite.

Cons:

Heater/ air conditioner in the room was incredibly loud and the fan inside of it sounded like it was broken and squeaked constantly.

Not good won’t be back
Pros:

The manager when I called was helpful. Otherwise nothing.

Cons:

The receptionist when we got there was absolutely clueless. We booked a room on booking and then when we got there, they could not find it and made us pay for another room. The receptionist also gave us key cards that did not work and when I requested new ones, he did not give me any new ones so we had no key to our room. We just got escorted there by him.

The rooms were less than mediocre. The price was ridiculous for what we got.

Pros:

Cleanliness of building. It didn't smell bad in hallways. Room was clean. The free snacks and coffee bar was lovely and a surprise. I've never seen that at other hotels.

Cons:

The lobby was a little tight but wasn't that big a deal.

Pros:

We were very disappointed the pool and hot tub were not available. If we had known we would’ve chosen another hotel. The breakfast was good but bacon was so thin you could see through it. We were not told the room would not be cleaned on our two night stay. If so we would’ve rationed coffee and towels.

Pros:

The property was clean but outdated. It is definitely in need to remodeling. One bed was fine the other was needing repair. This was a quick one night stop while driving across the country, so it was fine.
