The room size.

Cons:

The toilet running and the TV in the bedroom didnt work. The housekeeper was extremely rude. She walked in my room and then came back before check out time rushing me to leave

Disappointing, deceiving name, and absolutely no accountability for inefficiencies at this property
Pros:

This property was advertised as a sonesta Suites property. It was actually a sonesta essentials which I guess is not considered suites. But as a sonesta travel past member I did expect sonesta quality, which I did not receive! I was extremely disappointed in how run down and dirty everything looked. Just not sonesta quality at all. Not not at all

Cons:

Many things, many things could have been better. The towels were the worst. Just the general shape of the hotel and the rooms were not cute. Very disappointing. This hotel used to be a Drury inn & Suites. I know this because I stayed there years ago when it was a Drury. Really sad how it went downhill.

Good Vibes Hotel
Pros:

We liked the front desk lady she was polite and offered genuine customer service. The TV was easy to watch and hear. It had a directory of shows listed and channels that worked. The pool was indoor outdoor and soft. Breakfast was served and we enjoyed every bite.

Cons:

I think the soap dispenser was not working. I didn't really like the smell of the soaps but we brought our own. We enjoyed the space and privacy the room offered. It was a stay we enjoyed and greatly appreciated. A waterfall would be nice at the pool and tables and chairs to sit comfortably outdoors.

very comfortable bed, room was overall good

Cons:

mainly booked so that I can enjoy the pool and unfortunately the pool was unavailable due to it needing cleaning
even the sister hotel locations had unavailable pools
