Outside of our room was good - but our room was way below standards.
Pros:

The lobby was very nice. Breakfast area was spacious, clean, well staffed. Breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

Our room was in disrepair. Desk chair was falling apart. Curtains were ill-fitting. Carpet was not clean, it was patched in one spot.

Convenience not too far off the highway

Cons:

When we first checked in the toilet was not flushing he reported it in the whole day. Nobody came to fix it. The next morning, we reported it again and moved us to a different room where there must be a plumbing issue because after showering or as we were showering, the water never went down the drain

Cons:

The floor I was on smelled strongly of animal, and also someone pooped in the hot tub which became inaccessible and the hot tub was the reason I booked this property.

The breakfast staff was very nice. Breakfast was good with a lot of variety.

Cons:

The air conditioner was not working. It was difficult to sleep. We were told that we got a renovated room. The door didn't shut very well.
