Pros:

Clean and comfortable hotel with a good location. The breakfast was excellent and added great value to our stay. The coffee was good too. The room was nice and even the little things like the iron was in good shape and worked well.

Cons:

The shower head could be updated to allow for better water pressure. The desk chair should be replaced. It was peeling apart and pieces of the cover were falling on the floor.

Avoid this place at all cost

Cons:

Place was old and ran down. Air conditioning barely worked. Found an adult bed bug. Furniture was worn and broke down. Handicapped bathroom was a joke, the shower chair didn't even fit in the tub, all they did was add a few hand rails to the existing shower. Absolutely pathetic. Called to get a few more towels and the rude woman at the front desk acted like I told her I just shot her dog.

We liked everything, but we were all very impressed with the lady that took care of the food and beverage, awesome.

Pros:

The location was easy to get too. The night receptionist was super nice. Offered to let us park under the awning, so our stuff wouldnt get wet from weather. The day receptionist was very nice and helpful and offered to print something for me. The selection of teas were nice, dont see that often. Having butter and coffee was also very nice.

Cons:

Not crazy about the yellow, lol. Tiles in 4th floor hall almost falling down from wetness. The room had an unpleasant smell. The toilet seat was so loose and was unable to be tightened. The shampoo and conditioner were hard to get out cause they were empty. Large crack in shower wall was harboring mold. Shower curtain was discolored and looked dirty. Carpet felt dirty in the room. Not having an outlet on both sides of bed was inconvenient with breathing machines.

Outside of our room was good - but our room was way below standards.
Pros:

The lobby was very nice. Breakfast area was spacious, clean, well staffed. Breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

Our room was in disrepair. Desk chair was falling apart. Curtains were ill-fitting. Carpet was not clean, it was patched in one spot.
