Booked Drury for a one night stay out of St Louis following a conference. First time in St Louis as well as staying at a Drury location, but was pleasantly surprised by the facilities overall and the room. The size of the room was nice, newly renovated, with a comfy bed. No comments on the pillows since I have learned to travel with my own. Bathroom was also nice and spacious, shower was clean and equipped with two full glass doors. Definitely appreciated the accessibility to beverages 24/7 along with the snacks, 5:30 Kickback and hot breakfast (the pancakes were on point! Fresh off the griddle and not those nasty rubber discs they serve at every other hotel). Located right across from STL their free shuttles are quick and efficient. The next time we visit we'll definitely book with Drury again and looking forward to checking out different locations with the brand.
Not necessarily under Drury's control but folks walking around the breakfast area with no shoes walking around the hotel and in the elevator dripping wet from the pool.
Breakfast ok. Like so many hotel breakfasts.
Need elevated toilets for disabled and senior with bad backs. It's too close to floor.
Plus grab bars to help when I rise from toilet.
Very unhandy. I resorted to unfolding the in-room, folded luggage thingamjig for support to hold onto when
sitting and rising from toilet. Does your place have rooms for disabled and seniors?
I like the breakfast and kickback
I didn't like i had to drive to the parking garage and walk back and forth every time I left and came back
Drury Inns are the Costco Wholesale of the hotel industry. What I mean by that is they deliver more value for less cost. Across the board.
Location was perfect. Front desk was amazing and helpful.
Breakfast at the Drury is always fantastic, along with dinner and the kick back drinks why would you even choose another hotel, its the perfect business model, the airport drury was ran incredibly well by those women and the union station Drury is top notch also and went above and beyond during our last 3 night stay they were fantastic and those women also ran that hotel to complete efficiency there's nothing better than Drury! The pillows are even wonderful
When it was time to check out, I could've stayed another month lol
Great as always
It was a great stay
The property was very clean, in a good location and good facilities
The spa was very small and it was not hot enough. Didn’t like the kids in there were only five people are allowed.
The staff was extremely friendly and you could tell they were hustling. It's rare to find employees like that these days. Bree at the front desk had a lobby full of people trying to check in, but she wasn't phased as she hopped between computers checking in 2 guests at once. The dinner and breakfast buffets emptied quickly because they were pretty booked up, but the staff was running to refill it as fast as they could. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, but we could have used one more pillow. There were actually enough towels for all of us! The pool was pretty warm, and they had plenty of towels there too.
It seems they are wrapping up their renovations, and one of the doors was gated off. No big deal.
The staff was very accommodating. For some of the complaints I did have, they fixed it to where I was satisfied.
The recent remodel is beautiful. Being able to access breakfast when we had a 3 AM flight was something that will keep us staying at this hotel every time we fly out early in the morning.
Staff was super friendly and my room itself was clean
I mainly booked this for the pool and hot tub but the pool looked cloudy and gross. The hot tub also looked dirty and had way too many people in it.
