Good room for the price
Pros:

Eazy location to get in and out of, staff was friendly

Cons:

If I have to nitpick the desk in the room was chipped and shower head had no water pressure but that's me looking for something to complain about

I have stayed here a few times and generally I am quite satisfied. Not having air conditioning made

Pros:

I like it had breakfast, a nice swimming pool, hot tub and it was in a very convenient location

Cons:

The hot tub wasn't hot, the room was very hot and we couldn't get it cool in there, we turned on the AC but it clearly wasn't working, the water pressure in the shower was very low so we had a hard time washing our hair and getting shampoo and conditioner out.

My friend and I would stay there again since getting lodging in KC is such a crap shoot!!!
Pros:

Some of your staff were user friendly, some not so much.

Breakfast was "ok". The addition of REAL eggs, not powdered, bacon and waffles would take it to a new level.

Cons:

I wish the prices on things were more reasonable!! $2 for ra 12 oz. soda is C R A Z Y.

Adequate for a short stay.
Pros:

location - easy in and out, close to where we needed to be

Cons:

Winter dirty, rooms and hallways - no soaps, dispensers empty, batteries low in thermostat so had no heat, they did provide a space heater but it tripped the breaker which they fixed. Beds were showing wear, bouncy and lumpy. Shower was still good, plenty of hot water. Unfortunately, this stay was less than satisfactory. All previous stays were really pleasant. Breakfast was to previous high standards. Not sure if it was because of the promo price or not, but the staff did not offer upgrades, and didn’t seem to know what to do about the condition of the facility.
