Boutique hotel smacked at the edge of the town, outskirt. Near Makro n Central Hatyai Mall. .

Its far from the happening place. We travel by grab
The staff do not speak english. Communication is poor.
1. I was charged for a towel which dirty due to water spillage. There was a small mark at the towel, they requested for laundry charges. We paid for it. Though its not much, principlely , the usual thing was to get it clean without bothering customer. I informed the reception abt it, there was no signage or briefing on do n dont.
2. I asked for extra pillow , there was a charge. I just leave it. Also n informed the extra bed was hard.. they gave another comforter .
3. I asked for an extra cup,they gave me plates n bowl...

4. There hv a small pantry but no amenities eg small towel or soap.

5. The hotel is clean n decor was nice.

6. Some tuk tul driver fo not know the location of the hotel..

Pros:

Check in & check out mudah. Tak simpan passport.Tak ambil depo.Setiap hari staff bersihkan bilik. Hotel wangi,selesa & bersih,tak ada hantu. Dekat dengan Central Mall Hatyai & Makro. Saya ambil 5bilik. I will repeat again.

Cons:

Overall very good,only one need to improve interm of soundproof. At bathroom I can speak with my sister (she also at bathroom,next my room).
