Pros:

valet parking and all the staffs are the best! the valet guy even helped us find a towncar to take us back to the airport. the hotel location was great, walkable to many attractions and symphony station but still quiet at night. the room was clean and the view was lovely. there were plenty of power outlets that no extension cord were needed. such a very relaxing place to stay.

Cons:

the facilities were not enough for our group but they provided us immediately after we called the front desk so it was fine! the lighting in the room was quite dark at night that it was not convenient to arrange items in your luggages. the bed was too bouncy and too saggy for me but it's subjective.

Everything was outstanding except the fan issue.
Cons:

The only thing that was negative is I called front desk at a11:30 pm & no answer.I got dressed and went to the front desk & asked for a fan & was told there were no fans at that time. I felt like he was being lazy and didn't even check.

Cons:

The shower needs to be fixed. The water didn't get hot and the faucet handle is messed up- just goes around and around in circle with various spots that turn water on and off. It was not relaxing to say the least.

Great location, super cute decor. Loved the vibe, staff was awesome. Resteraunt attached was delicious.

Cons:

The rooms are small, and the bathroom in the room I had was very close to the bed, which was a little uncomfortable.

Fabulous hotel and the restaurant Tulio's was amazing!
Pros:

We loved the Happy Hour each day at 5 for Wine and Appetizers plus music. It brought all the guest together.
