One of the male housekeepers walked into our room while I was in the bathroom and my teenage daughter was in the room getting ready to check out. We still had an hour before check out and he didn't even wait for a response to him knocking on the door. It was a very odd experience. I sent a message about the incident and never got a response back unfortunately.

Excellent hotel in St Louis
Pros:

Friendly staff. Great place to stay with teenagers. Generous breakfast and food in evening. Quiet safe location. Close to subway.

Cons:

Work going on so pool and gym out of action. But they were kind enough to arrange for us to use sister hotel close by.
