I loved my stay; I got exactly what I paid for.
Pros:

What a great place! Very friendly staff and the food was way better than any hotel I’ve stayed at. Will come again next time I’m in the city!

Cons:

Only 1 elevator per tower so sometimes it can take a bit of time to move around the hotel. No big deal though.

Disappointing
Cons:

During my original booking, I had asked for a military discount when we checked into the hotel the room that we were to stay in the room was open when we went to walk in, so they ended up changing us to another room, telling me it was an upgrade when I looked on the website. The room that they put us in was $120 cheaper when I talked to the manager, Sarah she said actually there was only a $30 difference, but could not produce paperwork showing me this all in all I was very disappointed

Hotel was clean, the continental breakfast was good and I like that they offered food and cocktails.
