It was overall a decent stay once we got to a less noisy room.
Pros:

The breakfast buffet was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I was originally placed in the room next to the maintenance room. With loud noises coming from the room, I couldn’t sleep and at midnight I had enough and staff changed me to a new room. My only question is why was I put in a room next to the maintenance room when they had other similar rooms available. I can’t imagine that I am the only person who has ever complained about the loud noises in this room. The pool was also out of commission while we were there.

Disappointed after driving all day.

First room had a bad smell and we had to change rooms after driving all day. Felt that whoever cleaned the room should have noticed that.

Considering my circumstances, it was amazing. ( I went up there to work on my wife's grave.)
Pros:

I arrived, they said I still have time to get some dinner, (free, unexpected), it was wonderful. Got to my room, a large sitting room, with extended bedroom with a giant king sized bed. Slept like a King. I tried to help keep the rooms clean.

Cons:

Absolutely Nothing.

I enjoyed it so much, I rebooked the return trip and referred a friend who was traveling to CG>
Pros:

Breakfast was good as was dinner, front desk help from Alex and the manager helped me find a suitable room with accomodations I needed. They offered help with luggage if I needed it.

Cons:

Then pool looked a bit iffy with the green appearance. But, I used the hottub, it was great.

The pool could use some updating. It was probably just from being old, but it appeared very dirty looking.
