Pros:

Hôtel d’exception où l’on est extrêmement bien accueilli. L’ensemble du personnel d’accueil, du bar, du petit déjeuner et restaurant a été d’une grande attention et sympathie.

Un très beau séjour, malgré quelques détails à améliorer pour un 5 étoiles.
Pros:

Très belle chambre, spacieuse et confortable. La terrasse intérieure est vraiment agréable et calme, idéale pour dîner ou prendre un cocktail en fin de soirée. Le restaurant est très bon, le service voiturier efficace et le massage était excellent.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner est assez complet mais un peu en dessous de ce que l’on attend d’un 5 étoiles, notamment certains produits comme les œufs brouillés, et il manque une alternative végétale au lait. Après le check-in, nous nous sommes aussi sentis un peu livrés à nous-mêmes. Enfin, le spa était agréable mais assez chargé lors de notre passage : nous étions 6 alors que l’espace est annoncé pour 4 personnes maximum.

Delightful Dijon
Pros:

Great location. Central to main town centre, opposite gardens. Close to train/trams/buses. Rooms were well appointed

Very lovely 2 night stay with great breakfast.
Pros:

Room was very nice. Nice view. Sofa a bit tired though. Amazing room service. Ambient colors were soothing and restful. Some english speaking TV channels, just for news or a movie would have been great but overall we had a lovely stay and a very fine breakfast. Parking the car was a bit crazy but the valets were very efficient. (We checked in on a very busy day)

Cons:

Checking in with a car was chaotic. No where for us to park. Busy valets meant we got out our own luggage but was taken inside by the bellman. Just a busy day.
