It was an ok stay
Pros:

Location is very good

Cons:

Value money service is not up to the expected level , rooms are very small with smaller bathrooms ; phones not working , could not traie an appointment at the spa .

Indulgent luxury in a wonderful town.
Pros:

It’s position in Dijon was absolutely ideal. Right in the centre of town and close to many restaurants, breakfast was a particular delight. Valet parking an extra bonus.

L'équipe, la localisation et l'agencement de l'hotel.

Cons:

L'état de la chambre qui n'est pas parfait pour un 5 étoiles, la SDE qui n'est absolument pas pratique ni a la hauteur d'un hôtel de ce standard. Le petit déjeuner est très cher au regard des prestations offertes: un seul jus de fruit, idem pour le pain. Les oeufs sont trop cuits. Un manque de réassort rapide.

in allen Bereichen sehr kompetente, freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Qualitativ und quantitativ ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet, es wurde immer schnellstens nachgefüllt, die Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück waren enorm hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Die Lage zwischen Bahnhof und Altstadt ist perfekt. Top- Empfehlung!

Très belle experience
Pros:

Le silence des chambres ,très bien insonorisées.
Le très large choix pour les petits déjeuners.

Cons:

J’aurais aimé une chambre un peu plus grande pour ce prix là.
Et un oreiller supplémentaire accessible(armoire)
